Today the McDonald's staff members here were very UNhelpful. I biked there & when approaching the front door looked for my mask but discovered I'd lost it along the way. There was a McDonald's employee at the front door at that moment so I explained that I'd biked there for breakfast & just discovered I'd lost my mask & could the restaurant provide me with one. He said "Just a minute. I'll check." & went inside while I waited outside the door for the answer. Coincidentally, another patron was going in at the time & overheard what I'd said to the employee. She came out a moment later & told me that she overheard the discussion about the mask among the employees & they were making a fuss about it not willing to provide it for a paying customer, waiting outside the door. I'm clean cut & was wearing my bike helmet so there's no issue there. This patron very kindly offered to make the purchase for me so I gave her money for my breakfast & she came out a moment later with it. This was an unexpected & very kind gesture on her behalf. This location of McDonald's on the other hand, knowing that there was a customer willing to spend money at their location under pandemic conditions & was waiting outside for an answer to my question, should be ashamed of itself for not only not offering a mask but also not sending the employee back to the front door to respond to my query. "One billion served"? Huh? Wasn't that McDonald's motto a few years ago? Well, now you have 1 less at this location after visiting here regularly for about a decade. Read moreThe service quality is very poor, always forgetting important items like straws for drinks or missing items in drive through. Also, I don’t know if this is a directive by the owners to make more money but the way they fill the fries never weighs out to the suggested serving size as per McDonald’s corporate. I usually get the large size fries and they often have little more than just the regular size which is frustrating because I would have just bought the regular size but when you upsize you should be getting a larger portion, not just a half filled larger box. Also, it’s 50/50 if you are going to get nice fresh crispy fries or ones soaked in old oil or hardened for some reason.
The inside is a little different because they don’t poorly fill fry box because you see it immediately and would be able to complain rather than with drive though where you get home it’s already too late.
Always check drive though order before pulling away from window.
Also don’t get me started on their McFlurries with always substandard amount of ice cream. Just like the fries they 3/4 fill them at best and you’re lucky if you get maybe half the toppings you should be getting.
I truly believe if is their staff and also management that are responsible for these deficit. Considering the prices of McDonald’s these days they should not be cheating out on such inexpensive items. Not only have they raised prices but they are also serving smaller quantities and given how well these locations must be doing over all the years it’s a kick in the stomach for having any loyalty...
Read moreTerrible experience! Arrived in the morning 8am, July 18th 2018. Two ladies on the shift and I could see another one sitting on the floor in the kitchen doing nothing.
It was only around 4 or 5 customers waiting for the order. I ordered an egg muffin and a medium black coffee. She asked me sausage? I told her twice just an egg muffin. I have to admit I don’t go there in the morning often.
The cashier charged me bacon muffin over $4 and total $6 something with the coffee.I saw it on the receipt thinking: oh ok it’s fine I will have the bacon.
I literally see the other staff making my muffin and walked to me saying:”Bacon n egg muffin?” I said yes and thank you very much! When I opened it in my car it’s an Egg Muffin! Who the fxxk knows what the hell u also put in my coffee? Are u kidding me? U just made an egg muffin and wrapped it up with a bacon muffin paper and cheat the customers? You can’t even do this job well and honestly what else can you do?
I suggest you train ur staff well on the product and ethic again. And I also over heard when I was leaving another customer ordering ice coffee without ice. The cashier just said the ice coffee comes...
