A Fantastic Family Experience at Naan Kabob

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Naan Kabob, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, with a warm and cozy ambiance perfect for a relaxed family outing. The restaurant’s interior was well-designed, providing a clean, spacious, and comfortable seating area that made us feel at home.

Whether you’re dining as a couple, with friends, or as a family, the layout of the restaurant caters to everyone, offering both intimate and larger seating options.

The highlight of our visit was, without a doubt, the food. We ordered a combination of chicken and beef kabobs along with their signature rice, and every bite was a delightful explosion of flavors.

The chicken was grilled to perfection—tender, juicy, and infused with just the right amount of spices. It had a smoky, slightly charred taste on the outside while remaining incredibly soft on the inside. The seasoning was well-balanced, making it flavorful without being overwhelming.

If you’re a fan of beef, you’ll love their meat kabob. It was rich, perfectly marinated, and cooked just right. The meat was juicy and tender, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that showed the quality of ingredients they use.

The rice was fragrant, fluffy, and complemented the kabobs beautifully. It wasn’t just a side dish—it was a key part of the meal, absorbing the flavors of the kabobs while adding its own subtle aroma.

Alongside the main dishes, the meal was served with fresh naan, a refreshing salad, and a variety of sauces that enhanced the overall experience. The garlic sauce was particularly delicious, adding a creamy and slightly tangy kick to each bite.

The service at Naan Kabob was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Despite being a busy evening, our food arrived in a timely manner, and the staff checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed.

What made the experience even more enjoyable was the ambiance. The restaurant had a warm and modern feel, with a clean and well-lit setting. It was spacious enough for families with children, making it an ideal place for a casual yet delicious meal. The seating was comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place was lively yet not too loud—perfect for enjoying quality time with loved ones.

Naan Kabob exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of authentic flavors, high-quality ingredients, excellent service, and a welcoming environment makes it a must-visit for anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Whether you’re craving kabobs, rice, or fresh naan, this place delivers in taste and quality. We left feeling completely satisfied and will definitely be returning for...

One of the best Kabab places in the GTA. I have also been to their Scarborough location last year and when I saw they also have a location in Mississauga, I couldn’t resist myself. The restaurant was clean and had a very welcoming ambiance. Priya at the cash counter greeted us with a smile. She sat us down on our table and gave us menus. She also gave some suggestions about food as well. We wanted to order the Eggplant Bolani which was sold out. So we ordered Chicken Kofta dinner plate which comes with seasoned rice, salad and Naan. The rice was very well made and aromatic. They were high quality basmati rice, freshly made and properly seasoned. The chicken was so soft and fresh. Loved every bite of it. They also give you a Kabab dip (creamy garlic) on the side as well. 4.9/5.0 stars for the chicken kofta dinner plate. Highly recommended. For the dessert, we wanted to order the saffron ice cream - which was sold out. So we took suggestion from Priya and ordered Firni. This was our best decision. This Firni was the best dessert ever. It was served chilled. Freshly made, not too sweet, just the way I like. Firni is a must try. 5/5 stars. Thank you Priya for your recommendation and warm service. I highly recommend this restaurant for a dine out. Their food is very high quality, service is top notch, ambiance is great, restaurant is clean and newly built with a wall of leaves which gives you a soothing and calm vibe. Overall a great restaurant for...

I’ve worked in restaurants before, so I understand how tough the job can be, and I don’t usually leave negative reviews. However, after two terrible experiences at this restaurant, I feel compelled to speak out because the consistent pattern of bad customer service is just ridiculous.

I visited this restaurant during Ramadan 2024, and the service was terrible. While we were still ordering, the manager yelled at our group for giving him the wrong table number—even though we hadn’t even finished ordering yet. I had to quickly run back to the table to double-check the number, which seemed to irritate him. Afterward, I left a review on Google, but it never went through.

Then, in December 2024, I called to reserve a table for two at 6:30 PM. The person who answered was rude and almost yelled, "Speak louder, it’s too noisy here!" I get that restaurant work is stressful, but a little courtesy goes a long way. A simple, "Sorry, I can’t hear you," would’ve been far more respectful and professional.

It’s frustrating that after two separate experiences months apart, the customer service hasn’t improved. The little things matter—politeness, patience, and basic social skills—and it’s clear that these are lacking here. I really wanted to like this place, but the constant issues with service have made it hard to recommend. It’s incredibly disappointing to see the same poor...

Recently visiting this place again after a really long time. Personally I felt like the quality of the food went down drastically. The food was good, but not wow or that good as it used to be. Additionally, the food was not served hot, but just warm. It was quite confusing when in-house as well as we dined in but there was no indication that you need to place your order before sitting down. There's a sign that says please wait to be seated. No staff came up with the menu, and there was a qr code on the table to scan for the menu. When I waited 20-25 mins and saw no sign of any waiters coming, I decided to go up front to place an order, and saw a printed menu there. I looked through it and realized some items listed on the menu were not even showing online. I placed the order and went back to the seat. Food took some time to come but was not served hot, and I felt more like I was being served reheated food. The mango smoothie was alright, but tasted a bit watery and not what I had expected. Overall, experience was just OK and I'm quite disappointed as it's no longer what it used to be. Price wise, I didn't feel like I got the value for what I paid for total.
