Brought my gluten intolerant daughter here for lunch. Food presentation and quality was incredible. My daughter couldn't believe she was eating gluten-free fish and chips, a delicacy she has to drop a few years back. Coleslaw was delish, not too creamy. My burger was amazing (gluten bun), comparable to Five Guys but slightly different flavour (maybe better here?). I was impressed with how the burger condiments were stacked...was able to eat entire burger without anything slipping off. The fries on both meals were good, just not as hot and crispy as we would both like. The server wasn't really engaged with us too much during our meal but the restaurant was empty as it was a little after lunch on a winter Tuesday afternoon. Still, a gentleman, who seemed to be invested in the business was sitting at a table in the corner and should read the room a little better. Just some advice, as I want you guys to do well. I will still come back with my Celiac son as the food and cleanliness of the restaurant was stellar.

I've walked by this place countless times in the last few months, since the previous restaurant closed down. The name of the restaurant doesn't really tell you what they serve, so I never paid attention. But today on a whim, I decided to have lunch there. The serving staff are very friendly making me feel at home. I ordered 2 Italian veal sandwiches one with fries and one with sweet potatoes. These turned out to be totally epic sandwiches. Absolutely delicious with a very generous serving of veal, red sauce, mushrooms cheese and peppers. The fries and sweet potato fries with crispy and seasoned to perfection. Its surprising how many places these days have trouble making fries, but these guys nailed it. The portion sizes are MASSIVE. The veal sandwiches came with a mountain of fries and I could only finish half my meal. Give this place a try, I'll be back.

Stopped by with my son to take a look at the menu. He was craving fish n' chips. Turns out, it's on the menu. He ordered the fish bites, which are larger than they sound. My son said the fries were perfectly salted, the tartar sauce he loved & the batter on the fish was nice & light. The meal was a hit! I tried the poutine. It is a very large portion. Fries are good, gravy was classic, and curds were tasty. The restaurant is basic inside. But we know they are opening up slowly. My son already wants to go back. I guess we will see you soon.

Twice in 5 days my order was wrong. If I wanted cheese, I would've ordered a cheeseburger. 1st time I was in a hurry and had to eat it, and was dining in. 2nd time was take out. Saw "cheese" on the register, so reminded staff to remove it from the order and told her my last order had been wrong. I unwrapped the burger later to find cheese. Returned the burger to the restaurant and explained my dilemma to the wait staff and got nothing. On leaving, the cook was at the counter and asked what the issue was, so I explained. He said " that was me". I responded yes, and that I was beyond hungry now. After a moment, where I got nothing more from either employee, I left without an apology, without an offer of a refund or lunch. This is not customer service. They've lost me...
