Waited about 1.5hrs for an order adverted as 25min Got pushed to the final person post-close somehow. Watched about 4 delivery partners arrive at the location, wait 10-15 minutes, and then cancel the pickup as the order apparently was not ready. The 5th one now needs to drive in from out of city as so many have now declined. That means the location had constant reminders on it. I also called in curious to what's going on, Unfortunately I was told "The drivers just didn't want to wait". I understand it may have been a busy night so I accepted there was nothing I could do and left the conversation pleasant as a check up call could be, but that doesn't account for the lack of order supervision.. I place maybe 1-2 orders daily for the past 4 years at various locations. The issue here was not the drivers unfortunately but the order of tickets in the kitchen being prepared. Otherwise food is usually decent. I advise if ordering, to avoid peak days, I would argue the order was made not at peak hours so not sure the time is relevant as it depends on...

I ordered a sub through Skip and didn't check the onions topping box and also gave additional instructions of no onions. Guess what? So I took the sub back and politely said there may have been a mistake as I ordered without onions. The cook argued with me that he didn't put onions on it even when I opened it up and showed. He claimed they were red onions from the sauce of which he always puts them in. Nice try buddy. Now, I've ordered many subs from this establishment and I've never had onions, except for one order of which I chalked up to a mistake. I let it go. Not this time. No sir, not this time. After arguing for 3 or 4 minutes, in a civil tone mind you, I had enough and walked out leaving the sub open faced on the counter with onions clearly visible. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and chilli fries.

In the sandwich about halfway through the sandwich. I found a metal STAPLE as I chewed. At first I thought it might be a bone but it was a METAL STAPLE. Wedged from my tooth I pulled it out and saw the staple followed by a bloody taste from my cut gum

There is no excuse for such carelessness this is by far the worst experience with food I've ever had in my life.

I will be attaching pictures and doing more research on the next steps to take.

I hope no one ever has to go through that and that this serves as awareness for proper quality in the food care process and prep work.
