I am a regular here, been visiting this place since they opened shop. I order the same thing when I visit this location once (perhaps twice) week over week. I visited this location on Feb 3/18 and I ordered my normal small steak to receive tiny to non existent amounts of steak. I'm quite disappointed as the staff over the years have been nothing but friendly and kind. As of late, the front line staff have not followed standard procedure and this is the last straw for me. Not only have prices increase (which is understandable seeing the changes in ESA and the cost of operating a business), but now they are pulling a fast one by taking advantage of a pick-up order by providing a less than stellar burrito? There was no other customers to service when I visited to pick up my order. Perhaps my order was rushed so staff can continue to idle? Scroll through the lives of their friends on Snap chat or Instagram? I know I saw a cellphone in a few hands. I have contacted customer service via feedback form on their website and hope to update this post with a positive response. Why did I not bring this up to front line staff you may ask? Because I have worked in the service business since 2003 up until I graduated school and know what goes on when a customer complains to front line staff. Read moreTHIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. Unfortunate since burrito boyz is usually pretty good. The location is bad for the brand. They made the worst burrito I've ever had BY FAR, not just from burrito boyz but any spot. Burrito boyz is great usually but this location has gone very downhill in the last few years or so. Watching the workers after you order, you can tell it's going to be bad. You can just see how sloppy and rushed they are making the food. It's not even busy and the workers are making a bunch of burritos like they're on a time trial. It's alright to move fast if your effective and can still get the quality right but these people just look uncoordinated over there. The burrito was flat like rolled loose, the tortilla was a weird texture, and they loaded up the sauce way too much. The whole thing fell apart. Not to mention the beans were dry and weird texture as well. All the ingredients seemed to taste a little off, especially the meat. The chicken pieces were absolutely disgusting. To think people (including myself) are paying for this? Never again. If you're in the area, jerk chicken @ Potluck right next door is way better, go there instead or find another burrito boyz location to hit up if...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Burrito Boyz on my birthday. Every year, I've received a birthday discount, and I've always looked forward to celebrating with their delicious burritos. However, this year was a different story.
Despite having a coupon for my birthday discount, the staff informed me that I couldn't redeem it because I didn't have $5.00 on my Burrito Boyz account. I was shocked and frustrated because I had no idea about this account and much less the requirements. I've never had any issues redeeming my birthday coupon in the past.
What bothered me was the lack of communication about the account balance requirement. If this is a new necessary condition for redeeming the birthday discount, it should be clearly stated when the coupon is issued.
I hope Burrito Boyz will take steps to improve their communication and customer experience. Until then, I'll have to reconsider my loyalty to the brand.
Recommendation:Clearly communicate requirements or conditions for redeeming coupons to avoid disappointing customers.
