I asked my hotel where a good place for food was that delivered to hotel. They suggested this place. Upon them answering the phone the woman couldn’t understand(Canadian born English) writing down my out of town phone number. Then I proceeded to give her the hotel information which she also couldn’t comprehend. (Address hotel and room number) Finally after 6 mins of repeating my information I was able to tell her what I wanted. So when I saw how the information taking went I decided to try and simplify my order. I continued to instead tell her the toppings of the pre recipe pizzas instead of calling them by name. 2 medium 3 topping pizzas(or 6 total toppings) which from the hotel flyer were 24.99. I added 2 cans of pop. She tells me the price is 45$. When I questioned the price and told her what the menu says she placed me on hold. When she came back she wanted to confirm my delivery address again. At this point I was annoyed hung up and advised her I would be leaving this review.
If you like repeating yourself and being frustrated trying to place your order this is the place for you.

Read moreI called this location to inquire about pickup special. The worker didn’t answer my question and kept insisting on my phone number so I gave it. He then told me the wrong prices for the pizza and confused my order, then had to pass the phone to someone else who I had to repeat the order to multiple times. She then told me a higher price when repeating my final order, and said the other worker was new so he didn’t know. I told okay, I’ll have to call her back if I will decide to order, and she said “ you wanted a lot of my time “ and rudely cut the call. It was their fault for quoting me the wrong price , and I had placed an order based on that original price I was told. It was my own time which was wasted placing an order under the wrong price impression, and they didn’t even have the decency to apologize about that, and rather behaved so rudely after saying u wasted their time. Read moreI ordered a medium pizza: Greek extra pepperoni with a 2 litres of coke. The printed bill was 30$ (was billed double extra pepperoni as another surprise..). The driver said it was 32$ . I gave 35$. I received a Pizza with sprinkled shaved burned onions, with some olives, very FEW diced tomatoes pieces and pepperoni....on a thick crust (was OK)... But I don't about paying more or paying double: just do it right.
I called back: the owner answered, he apologized saying he doesn't always put the same amount of veggies and may have screwed up... But because he was closing in 50 minutes he had no time to redo it the same night. But would redo another night....What a scam-casino pizza.... I had ordered from the Fairfeild Inn after a long flight from the Dominican. I was leaving-connecting the next morning. Worst experience ever. I took pictures of the pizza and the bill... what a shame... I would add pics if...
