Im not sure where or whom trained you, to take orders let alone even deal with customer service. Its clear your new here to this country so next time you want to tell a customer in a drive thru in private property to drive forward or backwards because your "timer" is on, understand there is laws here in canada and on private property if someone where to hit me or drive into me while idling for food, TACO BELL/KFC would not be responsible' im sure they must of gone through this with you in orientation.
In the last 23 years I have never ever deal with such distasteful behaviour let alone you claiming we abused you' sighing and huffing and puffing because we asked you what you meant. In the last 23 years we have always been asked to wait in the parking lot or to drive and park infront of the entrance so our order would be delivered to the car directly when it was ready. Amisha telling the customer RUDELY huffing and sighing saying , next time dont be "abuse" ? HOW ABOUT GO BACK TO SCHOOL and learn how to communicate with PROPER english. Next time dont tell your customers you have a timer. Never in 23 years have we been told to move because your timer is on. Never in the 23 years we've ordered from the drive thru have we been told to drive up or drive back, LET ALONE in a drive thru. When my husband asked you confused and said im sorry what move back or forward why. Then you proceeded to give attitude and get irritated and said i have a timer you need to move or go around.
You MUST BE NEW HERE' and next time a customer tells you I want refund, YOU HAVE TO GIVE THE REFUND.

There was a indian guy working upfront very rude when taking my order i wanted to get the 5$ build your own box but add a crunch wrap supreme and he litterally told me no i cant add it to my order ? Doesnt make sense to me at all if im going to be paying for it all . thought about getting upset and wanted to ask for a manager but changed my order instead . i go to get my drink and almost all of the pop was empty i got 3 different pops and they all tasted like soda water i got mad from constantly changing my drink and i wanted another cup! He legit told me no when i asked ... Its a cup ! He tries to hand me a napkin instead to clean out my cup whats wrong with you ? Give me a damn cup ! Then he kind of rolled his eyes at me and ignored my request . so i helped myself and grabbed a cup by the cashier . if you check the cameras and see a girl reaching over the counter i just wanted a cup because that rude employee refused to give me one . i wasnt impressed by the way he packed my bag either. My sandwitch had finger holes in it and my fries surpreme looked like they been sat on so to me he probably squished my food as he was packing it is what it looked like. I paid amost 20$ for very rude costumer service squished food please do something with that guy his attitude is not good enough to work at cash or take orders or work there in general. Read moreI bought a fried supreme which is normally regular fries with nacho sauce, sour cream, tomatoes, and beef but the one they gave me had seasoned fries which I do not like so I told the manger and asked if I can get it with regular fries or something equivalent she said no regular fries are discontinued only thing equivalent is a salad so I ask for my money back and then she said no the only thing that she can do is make a salad or nacho supreme I said I don’t want that because I have food allergy to the nacho chips and she said she can’t do anything else mind you this is a location that has both KFC and Taco Bell, and for the new season fries if it’s only sold at Taco Bell why can’t she use the fries from KFC to make a regular fry supreme without season fries she then went on to be very rude and unprofessional and did not give me my money back when I don’t even eat what I ordered, She is very unprofessional and needs to do some customer training...
