Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

I used to visit this location very frequently, but I no longer wish to come here because of the new girl who usually works at night. I asked her name once, and I’m quite sure she gave me a fake one. Her name is Gunish.

Every time I go there, she seems to be in a rush to take my order. There’s no greeting, no attempt to upsell—just a very dismissive attitude. One time, I asked for an iced coffee, and she told me they didn’t have any. When I asked why, she said, “Because we’re closing soon.” I then asked what time they closed, and she said 11 PM. But this was at 9:20 PM. I also asked if they had any bagels or sandwiches, and she said no. I believe she wasn’t being honest and simply didn’t want to put in the effort.

Last week, I asked for a 10-pack of Timbits at 9:00 PM while she was cleaning the small grill. She told me I’d have to wait because she was cleaning. If the store closes at 11 PM, why are you stopping service at 9 PM?

I have over 11 years of customer service experience at McDonald’s, and I know that customers should always come first. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Please stop hiring international students who don’t understand Canadian customer service standards. They are damaging the peaceful and respectful environment Canada...

I really wish I could give 0 star to this place. The lady’s working there don’t know what actually is customer service. Manager please teach them. I went today around 1:30pm (24th july) i asked for plain croissants and she just made face and refused we dont have it asked for bagels which were also almost out of stock. That doesn’t matter but she refused me for carry bag as I placed a large order I had other stuff too she simply refused we dont give carry bag. What kind of service is this? How can one person hold so many things together??? Not even cleanliness. I also work at a customer service place and I am also from different nation but I never treat any of my customers such a way. Its really frustrating that they are treating there own country people like hell. Hopefully owner is gonna take...

Today, i went to this tim hortons around 4:45 PM, and ordered 2 chai tea lattes, bagel and 1 doughnut at front counter. I wanted to pay using a gift card. My sister is working at tim hortons and she checked the balance for me and she told it had 25 $. I tried to use it here today, the girl working their swiped and said gift card has zero balance and she put it away without asking me. But am sure it had the amount. I even saw at paying machine balance $10, and asked her but she said i dnt know and you have to pay. I dont know if she wanted to keep my gift card and to use it for herself later. Anyways , i paid using credit card. This is the ridiculous service, nobody should visit this place. I am so disappointed...
