It was my first time going there here is the breakdown. 1. The place is gorgeous apparently they recently have renovated it and it looks amazing I don’t know what it looked like before but I really like it. 2. Their music is verity from middle eastern countries, Iraq, Lebanon, Syrian. And they did play a song or two in Persian. 3. The pricing can be a little confusing, it’s 45$ whether you eat or not and the same 45$ includes cold appetizers if you want dinner it’s 55$. The shisha is 35$ and it was a good shisha. 4. My dissatisfaction is here I don’t mind paying 45$ for the cold appetizers however, we were 3 people on that table and all of us ordered the cold appetizers, however, they only brought for what it seems for 1 person. Kinda felt scammed. 5. The conclusion: would I go back? Maybe if they improve a little bit. How did I find it? Love it. What it’s like? Music is nice the atmosphere is nice, the staff is very friendly. What kind of customers? Mostly singles or group of friends a lot of LGBT people there personally I don’t mind that but maybe others would.

“I have been going to this restaurant for over three years, and I can confidently say it is one of the best places I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and respect by the incredibly friendly staff. The service is always impeccable—everything you order arrives promptly, and the waiters are attentive and efficient. The food is consistently delicious, the shisha is exceptional, and the ambiance of the restaurant is simply amazing. The space is always spotless, which adds to the overall comfort of dining here. A special mention goes to the owner, who is genuinely kind and welcoming, making every visit even more enjoyable. Whether you’re visiting for a casual meal or just to relax with shisha, this place never disappoints. Highly recommended!”

Food came 50 mins late cz 5 waiters were serving over 100 guests. I mean, were you surprised and/or not prepared for this?? Drinks were free for the first hour and suddenly we had to pay for them? Sweets - See below. When asking for utensils, we were explicitly told, and I quote, use your tissues to eat. Very unprofessional, unorganized and disappointing experience. Go elsewhere for large events.

With its new managment this restaurant is the worst place that you can hold dinner party for a group more tha 50 people. The restaurant kept refusing to provide the needed utensils and the food was very late and badly prepared. I went up and talked with the manager and servers multiple times to ask for the food, for spoons, forks, knives, etc with no luck. It seemed they were just overwhelmed. There were no spoons for the salad and there were no plates. We found forks and knives in one of the cupboards at the entrance and started using them. People put the salad in the soup bowl. The soup was cold and the meat came very late. The meat was cold and very salty, and many people on the tables were complaining. The desert also came very late and when it came, it was burned and again with no plates or forks. When we asked the manager, he said to use the napkins and eat with our hands. It was very embarrassing. Our Table was number 20, and I think we were one of the last tables to be served. However, from talking with others, it seemed everyone had the same experience. In addition, the issues with the audio did not help. It made it worse DO YOUR BEST TO AVOID...

We went last new years eve. They placed us on a table where we had to stand-up every time someone wanted to go to the bathroom. It was annoying for an hour then we decided to ask people to find another way. Only then did management interfere (our inconvenience meant nothing to them until everyone else was complaining). They moved us somewhere else, far away from the place we requested near the band. They moved us to a booth that we had to share with another couple. The owner gave us a great discount so despite all the inconvenience and despise my apprehensive thoughts we gave them another chance yesterday. We loved the appetizers although they were small. The big shock was when the main meal came. It's ONE kebab each and 4 pieces of chicken each. Like, is this a joke? For the same price competitors that everyone knows offer more and better appetizers, offer shrimps, shouaf etc to what they offer. On top of that they kept the inside double door open causing us to freeze every time someone opens the door. The cocktails were awful. Not coming back ever. Thankfully other, better...

Do not book this venue for your wedding!!!

The staff is disrespectful and not helpful. While preparing for the wedding, staff was present but idle and uninterested. During the ceremony, a group of the staff not only watched along with close family and friends, but also talked and laughed loudly, using disrespectful and profane language. They were also filming the entire intimate celebration at close proximity. Hookahs were requested to be delayed until 10 pm due to the presence of small children attending but that request was ignored by management and the hookahs were brought out before the bride and groom even arrived at 7 pm. When asked why, the bride was dismissed by the manager. Before the arrival of the DJ, music was played off of a computer using youtube and ads played after each song. A loud bell rang each time anyone arrived and a fire alarm needed new batteries and was constantly beeping. Long story short, the venue did not care for the success of the wedding and if not for the help of private vendors for the decorations and planning the wedding would have...
