Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Mississauga

During the week of April 30-May 5, they had Cinco De Maya $5 specials. I ordered the grilled veggie burrito special for take out. When I got home, I ate more the half of it and saw no grilled veggies. I called the store to give feedback and one female staff was arguing with me saying she put it in there. I spoke to the Manager Sukhdeep who also said there were grilled veggies in it and it became a struggle. Finally, he offered a free grilled veggie burrito and free small chips and salsa as the chips came home with me all in pieces. My husband went to get my free offers today (a week later) and three tacos (which he would pay for) and a female staff argued with him again!!! So he asked for Sukhdeep and he also debated about the grilled veggies in my burrito from last week. My husband said that if he was not going to honour his free offer then he could go elsewhere. Sukhdeep apologized and honoured the order. This store gets a 1-star for the customer service struggle. And that female staff needs to talk to PAYING customers more appropriately. I would avoid this place alone because of her! This is a new restaurant in this area. You need to build your roots with good customer service or your restaurant will not survive her. I am highly disappointed in...

The service was acceptable however the food was the worst Mexican food I've ever had. Firstly, the staff is uneducated about the food they're serving. Secondly, the food is bland, tasteless, cold and soggy. Thirdly, all of their sauces are extremely spicy. There is no difference between the mild, medium and hot.

We tried the chicken burrito, the vegetarian bowl and the fish tacos. It was a complete waste of money. As soon as we took our first bites it was a feeling of complete regret. I'm only giving them 1 star because the staff was very kind, the restaurant was very clean and because it's the lowest rating I can give. I would never recommend dining at this restaurant.

The place also reminds me of Chipotle the way they're set up however Chipotle is an extreme upgrade compared to Quesada in every way possible. Next time I'm in the mood for burritos or tacos I'll be heading over to Chipotle where I can get amazing taste and quality of food...

Nasty........just Nasty. First off, why do you not have ground beef as an option for a taco......duh. Big mistake taking what your company calls "Steak" as my meat option. My first bite i chomp down on a piece of bone the size of a dime. I was starving at the time so forced myself to get through 1/2 of the $10 - 3 taco special. I wish the previous taco place was still there.... Good luck keeping this place open, as I wont be going again. Christ, even McDonalds and Tim Hortons "steak" are better options than what you sell. I had taken mine to go and was about 10km away, or else i would have been looking to get my money back.

I will bet by mid 2018 this location will be GONE!!!

To the guy who mentions its "neat and clean" - Of course it is - it was just under construction for 6 months before it turned into this dog food...
