Unfortunately, the party experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing for several reasons:
The chicken biryani lacked taste and had an excessive amount of spices. To make matters worse, two servings of chicken biryani did not even contain potatoes, which was surprising. When we complained, the owner informed us that the potatoes had run out. However, after further insistence, the owner miraculously managed to produce a few potatoes, leaving us skeptical about their earlier claim of running out.
The haleem dish was of very poor quality, further contributing to our dissatisfaction with the restaurant.
While one of our friends mentioned that the beef biryani was comparatively better, it still didn't make up for the overall negative experience.
The tea situation was another disappointment. Despite ordering nine cups of tea, we had to wait for approximately 35 minutes. Finally, when one cup was brought to our table, the owner assured us that the rest were on their way. However, as one of our friends began to enjoy the tea, he made a shocking discovery—a dead fly floating inside the cup. When we raised our concerns, the owner responded with incredulous arguments, claiming that it was not a fly but a bug, and that it had come from outside the restaurant. Needless to say, this response was both laughable and unbelievable.
The service provided at the restaurant was undoubtedly the worst we have ever experienced. Not only were there no serving plates, but everything we ordered took an incredibly long time to be served.
The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was unpleasant, with a dirty and noisy ambiance, adding to our dissatisfaction.
Since it was a farewell party, we were all deeply embarrassed to have chosen this restaurant as our gathering place.
Lastly, opinions on the kheer dessert were divided among our friends. Some found it enjoyable, while others felt it was excessively sweet.
In conclusion, our experience at this restaurant was marred by tasteless food, poor quality dishes, inadequate service, a dirty and noisy atmosphere, and an embarrassing farewell party. It is safe to say that we will not be returning or recommending this...
Read moreAfter watching several video's on tik Tok, I am totally disappointed with the dine in experience. First of all, no menu was given, we ordered Nihari, butter naans and couple other breakfast items, completly unorganized. I have mentioned to make sure it's all fresh because i drove 45 minute to try your food, but unfortunately we got bakery naans heated up in the toaster oven in front of my eyes. Funny enough our naans were ready before anything else. Nahari and Halwa Puri special took forever while my butter naans were sitting on the counter. Finally, we got our food, with no cutlery. I totally understand its self serve, but please have the items ready at the counter for people to use or have napkin boxes at the tables. You also need to buy water separately, they don't have water jugs placed on the tables. So when you eat your food from the food paper brought for your paratha while dinning in, it seems like you guys would serve in proper plates, but you dont, plus you have to pay for your water. You guys must be wondering how the taste was if I'm eating from the wax paper/ take out container, i hope that explains everything. I felt like I'm in the food court having a quick bite. I definitely suggest the owner to stop posting videos on tik tok, and to pay attention to your business. Overall I definitely don't recommend to anyone planning on...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about Shahi Biryani House! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. The owner himself is such a respectful and kind person, which really sets the tone for the entire place.
I had booked their Ramadan Iftar Buffet, and wow—it was beyond amazing! The food tasted just like home, packed with authentic flavors, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was super cooperative and made sure my friends and I got a comfortable spot to sit. The variety of dishes at the buffet was impressive, and every bite was pure perfection.
On top of that, the prices are so economical for the quality and quantity you get. It’s honestly such a great deal, especially considering how hard it is to find real, home-style desi food in a restaurant setting.
I’ll definitely be coming back for their iftar buffet again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming atmosphere with top-notch food. Whether you’re craving a proper desi meal or planning a special iftar, this place...
