We ordered two meatball marinara sandwiches then my husband went to pick them up and bring them home to eat them immediately. The sandwich was cold, fine. But even the meatballs were cold and hard. I've been to this location many times before and this never happened.
I called to notify the restaurant of the cold meatballs and the employee Dilpreet Gill denied that they were cold. He also said we did not select the sandwich to be toasted, which was literally the option on the app when choosing bread 'toasted flatbread' for example. And even if the sandwich isn't toasted, the meatballs should be atleast warm, not cold and hard! I suspect they scooped some leftovers from the fridge.
Dilpreet denied we were sold cold food and his solution was for us to waste time and gas to drive back to his dad restaurant to test the meatball temperature in front of him. Meanwhile I'm more concerned if I'm going to get sick from eating this improperly handled food. The lack of accountability and regard for customer service is appalling.

2020: Very poor customer service. Ordered the ciabatta steak and bacon and they kept thinking I was getting a wrap, when I said I wanted the ciabatta sandwich multiple times. Quite stingy on toppings. Had to ask for more to get what should've been a standard amount. Also stingy with the napkins. Staff was snippy when I asked for anything. Better off going to any other location or eating elsewhere.
Nov 2024: Nothing has changed in the past four years. Calling their customer service garbage would be disrespectful to actual garbage. Ordered a toasted meatball sub through the app. Bread was untoasted and meatballs were cold in the centre. Owner argued that their warming table was working. If it was, the meatballs shouldn't be cold. They were unwilling to fix the issue, take any accountability/responsibility, were combative and dismissive towards a paying customer on the quality of their food. You're better off going to another Subway location or another...
