Smoke's Burritorie — Restaurant in Mississauga

Food: size - good but lacks meat, we ordered a chicken burrito and it might as well have been a veggie burrito with the chicken portion.

Taste - bland and soggy. I can confidently say that I have never had a burrito that tasted worse. It was soggy, bland and a little cold. I split it with a friend and the friend kept offering their half to me and I kept refusing, it was that bad. To say it was underwhelming is an understatement. For $16 with Guac, it felt like we just took our cash and cremated it.

Customer service: passive aggressive. We ordered a chicken burrito without Guac and a water. I asked for Guac and the server said it was extra, I looked at my receipt and it said Guac was added. She went to check the receipt and then added our Guac. When we received the burrito, she asked us to pay for Guac. I looked at my receipt again and it turns out they forgot to charge us for the water or maybe the water bottle charge showed up as guac. I was taken off guard and paid the guac fee. The server could have said we did not add guac and the guac charge was for the water bottle but instead she decided to spring up this extra charge on us. Absolutely unacceptable level of customer service, I don't write reviews much and if I do, they are good reviews. I try to avoid writing bad reviews cause it affects people's livelihoods but in this case I felt overwhelmingly compelled to do so. I know for sure I will never ever order at this branch ever again. I had the burrito bowl and the food was decent. I quite enjoyed the different combination of flavours, the different sauces and the toppings. For around 15$ for a bowl, I feel like the portion was pretty good. I do feel like most of it is just vegetables and there were very little pieces of pulled pork that I ordered. During my meal, I did bite into a spicy pepper and it was a lot stronger than I had initially imagined . So I went to buy a bottle of water and it ended costing 5$ which is crazy to me. DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOTTTTTTTTTTT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING!!!! I just found a giant bug in my burrito (after I bit into it and tasted something bitter, yup.)

All the staff had to say was "Sorry, can I make you another?!"

I rightfully got a refund and told them that I hope they would be disposing of all the food, which it didn't seem like they were considering as they were already justifying how the bug could not have been in the meat, beans or rice and therefore would not be throwing those items out
