Stanfield Grill House — Restaurant in Mississauga

The food was OK. The environment was good. Why the 1 star? The service of the waitress was terrible! She was an older lady and she basically yelled at me because I was trying to figure out what I wanted to order. I went there to meet a friend. I got there early, got a coffee, a cranberry juice and water. I was studying while I was waiting. After my friend arrived, I asked what’s the best she would recommend on the menu. She didn’t have an answer (because she clearly didn’t have a recommendation). Then, I was trying to figure out what I wanted and she started yelling at me “you’ve been here 2 hours!” The place wasn’t even busy and I ordered coffee while reading! I was there for LONGER than 2 hours due to studying and meeting a friend. The owner should teach the waitress how to serve. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I eventually asked Loretta to be our waitress, and she was great. But the old lady waitress is probably starting to lose her ability to do her job and anything else. Not coming back to...

I would not recommend eating at this restaurant. Came here for the first time this morning and did not have a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, but one is highly unprofessional. When we first walked in a worker (the unprofessional one) was sitting behind the bar eating a plate of food. I found this gross but ignored it as we really wanted to sit down and eat. While waiting for our food, that same worker proceeded the swear because she spilt syrup, even though she could clearly see we were sitting with our young children right there. She then proceeded to clean herself off at a table using a cloth and placing that same cloth on a "clean" table to use. The food was okay, nothing special and nothing worth eating again. The place is not the cleanest - the menus and dispensers had dried up stains on them (I've added a photo)

I will definitely not be returning to Stanfield...

Never go to this restaurant tissue is the 2st time we went there in 3 months. the staff agnored us and so finally we had to wave at them you any table service.then we ordered a pitcher of beer that was served totally warm at room temperature!so we left the restaurant and couldn't even drink the warm beer.let alone order food.the 2nd time we went there Nov. 4 2016 they said we do not have pitchers of beer I said why not ?the girl said our keg is empty!! So we said could we then have a cold beer instead we ordered 2 tall boys and again they were delivered totally warm. Warm at room temperature unbelievable!! So we then asked to talk to the manager and the girl said he is busy.well again we said we will not drink a warm beer here let alone order food!and once again left, So please if your into poor staff and warm beer go and see for your self! we would never go here...
