We ordered 3 large roti wrap with curry goat, one of our worker asked if they can have the curry goat and potato without the roti, the guy working in the front (don’t know his name) wearing a hat and has tattoos told us that we can’t separate the curry goat from the roti it’s all together with the roti so the worker had no choice but to get the wrap. On the receipt it shows that we were charged for the wrap plus an additional $3.00 for the extra goat that we didn’t ask for. The guy working in the front served us 2 wraps and 1 container just serving the curry goat and potatoes, I asked the guy working in the front who served us that it was supposed to be 3 wraps and he kept telling me that the worker asked for just potatoes and goat and he previously told us from before that he can’t separate the goat and roti only to find that he charge for the 3 wraps and a additional $3.00 for extra when worker never asked for that I don’t think this is fair knowing that they charge $16.00+hst a roti wrap which is overpriced compared to other roti shops in the area and also adding a $3.00 charge on top with no compensation if I can give 0 stars I would, big time miscommunication, zero stars customer service as he was careless, overpriced, zero stars on food, roti and goat is dry and hard, and for any future customers that plan on purchasing this food there is better options for a cheaper price 1st and last time showing up and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. buddy hiding behind the screen making these these comments towards customers really shows how unprofessional and careless he is, they upsell and rob you for money without you knowing until you get a receipt showing additional charges, they use fake reviews to keep there business together provided by the owner nice try your business won’t last long keep...
Read moreNever usually write reviews but I enjoyed my food so much I wanted to make sure these guys get credit. Stumbled on this place after nobody came to greet me when I entered the Caribbean spot on the other side of the plaza. I ordered the the chicken roti. I’m not an expert by any means but have been eating roti since I was a kid and I was immediately clear that this was the best one I’ve ever had. The roti bread is super fresh, flavourful. The curry is so well balanced and the chicken and potatoes were both so tender. Everything was scalding hot, and the sauce on the side was a great complement. I’ll be back to this...
Read moreVery basic roti stop. It is hard to find as it sits at the back of a building. No where to sit but clean. They staff was curt and not especially friendly...just attitude of "say what you want". Crowd was non-existent, so that's good for buying but bad for business. My friend bought a chicken roti for $14+ and I wanted a potato roti but they charge the SAME amount. They lost me there. That makes no sense. The guy had an attitude too. The chicken and goat roti is okay.Nothing special here. Basic roti to fit they basic ambiance and basic service. If you want proof of how rude they are , check...
