last week i went to subway with my friend. customer service is very bad I never seen this type of service in my life. i know in this pandemic we have to follow some rules, my friend entered in the store without covering his face because he is a turban man its difficult to wear a mask . maybe he is the manager or owner of the store but he don't know how to talk to a customers. he shouted on us like that we are criminals. his voice very loud and used unprofessional words with us. he asked my friend why he don't cover his face, he said sorry give me one min, i will wear it even the owner of the subway not wear a mask i said why u don't wear it u should also have to wear it then you have right to tell someone else. he told me i have my immune system strong so i don't need to wear it. i said its really what do u think we are weak, we don't have our good immune system. that the way he talk to us like that. this is the first and last time other wise i am gonna compliant to city regarding that store employees are not wear a mask at all and they have to know about how to give a customer service. maybe u have to do some exams and seminars to improve your language and...

I went to Subway between 1–2 AM yesterday with my partner to get a sandwich. There were two girls working the night shift. One of them was nice, but the one who served us (an Indian girl) made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
My partner mistakenly said “6 feet” instead of “6 inches” for the bread size, and for some reason she got mad about it. She rolled her eyes and was very impatient while we were choosing the toppings. At the end, I noticed they had crispy onions and asked politely if I could add them. She rudely said no. My partner then asked if we could pay for it, and she angrily rolled her eyes again, grabbed a tiny bit, and threw it into the sandwich.
To make things worse, the bread was really old. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service anywhere, and it left us feeling very uncomfortable. The food was horrible, and the service...
