It has been an absolutely frustrating dealing with swiss challet, I went in for dinner with a total of 3 people, we had to seat ourselves and get our own cutlery, after about 20 minutes the server Janice came over and finally addressed our table. After getting 2 out of 3 orders incorrect, finishing our meals and paying, i was prompted to fill a survey " which i did ". I was emailed back by Kusha Goyal offering me a $10 store credit which is attached to my phone number for the bad spring rolls that i had.... I never even complained about the spring rolls so i figure this was a copy and paste response.... I complained again about Janice and Kusha that i got a copy and paste response about something i never even complained about, i was then contacted by the General Manager Brian Almeida who apologized and said he spoke to both indiviiduals and applied a further credit of $20.00 to my phone number. All i had to do was call the general line and the credit would be pre applied, i just tried to place a order with the $20.00 credit and i was told that its not on there and i would have to speak to the person who applied it. I offered to forward the emails to the person i was on the phone with and they said they cant help me.

   Read moreIt's swiss chalet the food is the same most of the time and good but I don't think I will go to this location again the service wasn't good we felt ignored, our waitress wasn't very friendly she almost seemed annoyed if we asked for anything and when we did talk to her she barely used words she just nodded most of the interactions , they had run out of dark meat at 6:30ish pm and charged us for white meat when every other time that's happened other locations comp the difference since they don't have dark to fill the order i needed to order food before leaving for someone else it was an hour before closing and she told me she didn't know if the could make it and I might have to order it online??? I said the kitchen still has over an hour I had to order it at the take out counter ... made no sense when I got to the take out counter it looked like they had a whole tray of dark meat đ i think the "we don't have dark" is a ploy to get the upgrade sale since they actually charged us when they claimed to have run out , the chalet dip was watered down and didn't have the right flavor amoung other issues like when i wanted a sunday i got a weird look .... they still had about an hour before closing !!! Growing up Swiss chalet was decent but the honest truth here is that they are now run by people who donât care and donât understand the business and are in it just to make a quick buck at any cost. If anyone in that restaurant thinks this is worth $20 then all I can say is you probably wonât survive much longer running the business.
The other thing is they add on their website they are trying to minimize waste and be more environmentally friendly so unless you ask for cutlery or butter or paper napkins they wonât give you any which is fine with me but then they just sloppily give me this oversized bag for literally two small boxes. Do you not have different size bags for different quantities of food for takeout or do you just give the same triple XL bags for someone with one box of food and another person with 4 boxes of food?
