Stale Chicken in the Roll and Inhuman Treatment – Denied Even a Glass of Water, Asked to Pay for Bottled!
A deeply disappointing experience!
I ordered a kati roll combo, hoping for a satisfying meal, but my experience was anything but. First, the chicken in the roll had a strange, unpleasant smell, which immediately made me question the quality and freshness of the food. It’s unsettling to pay for a meal only to feel unsure about whether it’s safe to eat.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a simple glass of tap water to go with my meal, they flat-out refused. Instead, I was told they only serve bottled water, and it would be an additional charge. In a city where tap water is safe and widely available, this policy felt rude and unfriendly, especially for a paying customer. It’s hard to believe a restaurant could be so unwilling to offer such a basic courtesy.
It’s not just about the water; it’s about the overall experience. A small gesture like a glass of water shows respect and care for customers, and denying that felt almost inhuman. Between the smelly chicken and the lack of basic hospitality, I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and sincerely hope they reconsider their approach to customer service and food quality.”

Read moreAfter reading positive reviews I finally decided to try this place with my friend and I let me tell you that I was not disappointed at all! I was really impressed with not only their service and food quality but also how attentive they were to their customers’ needs. We placed our order with Ajay, the owner of the place, and he was just amazing. He took the time to explain the menu to us and made his recommendations. I ordered their rice bowl and my friend went with the chicken tikka burger and both of the items were great. After that we ended up ordered the Oreo shake and cake which was to die for. Despite being full from our meal we devoured the dessert! All through our meal the staff kept on walking past to make sure we had everything we needed. Ajay made sure that our dining experience was great to the point that I even ordered another burger to take home with me. While I was finishing my dessert, my takeaway order was prepared and he made sure that my order stayed warm until I left the place. Thoroughly impressed with the food and desserts offered and would highly recommended trying this place out….you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely...
Read moreThis is my 3rd time to visit this Franchise. The first one was to have the Holy Shakes at the Winston Churchill & Argentia Location, for which I have already written a positive review.
The 1st time to this location that is 5 min from my house, was when I went with our grandkids to have their desserts. They had just opened then and had a few start-up operational issues.
The 2nd time was last week when I wanted to try their specialty Kathi Rolls. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Roll and the Chicken Chili Roll. They cook their food fresh, hence this is not a fast food restaurant, so be prepared to wait for not more than 20 min.
I ordered take out and it was ready within the 20 min time frame. The Tikka Roll was delicious, but the house smelt of the typical street food spices. My wife was not happy, obviously!
My son had the Tikka Roll and he was happy. I have posted photos that I took on delivery, unfortunately I did not take the inside of the roll! Gagan, my server was very pleasant and did a great job with...
