Pizzaville — Restaurant in Mississauga

Wow...If I could give zero or even negative stars I would. The delivery driver forgot half our order, said his machine wasn't working and then took what he did bring back with him after mumbling something that nobody could understand, without even leaving any part of our order. Then after spending 30 mins on the phone with customer service and a very unhelpful person named "Nicole", we were told that if we were to pre-pay again for our order, they would rush it out to us. This was more than 90 mins from the time we placed our original order and are now left without anything. As I was at work ordering for my staff, I didn't have the time to wait around for these guys again. Extremely poor customer service all around from the driver right up to the call centre people. This company really needs to send all of it's staff for training on how to deal with customers. After more than 20 years of ordering from pizzaville I will NEVER order from them again. Good job on losing a long-term customer. You guys have been permanently taken off our list of places to order from as well as none of my staff nor myself will ever be ordering from you guys again. You really made a lot of people extremely angry with your lack of caring, not to mention we wasted our lucnh break waiting around to get this resolved, which it didn't. This was an absolute disaster. As you can see by the photos, it's disgusting. I ordered double pepperoni. Got single. Way to rip your customers off. Almost no cheese, very little sauce, dough was old, this and rubbery. I also ordered cheese sticks. Which are supposed to be in abox. Instead these penny pinching morons put them between 2 paper plates, then crush them together which pretty much welds the cheese to the plate,which means you get to either eat paper plate, or no cheese as it's stuck to the plate. Cheap ingredients, cheap location owners, skimping and ripping the customer off by cheating the customer out of ingredients that we're paid for. The pepperoni smelled like cheap dog food, the cheese looked like Play-Doh. Overall I will never order from this location again. An absolutely disgusting experience. 2 pieces of pizza were moved to show how thin the crust is and the almost complete lack of depth to the product. I wouldn't feed this to a starving animal. I want to share my experience which happened on 1 May 2023, Monday afternoon. My wife lost her gold necklace..It cost around 2500 CAD.Everybody told we lost it .Forget it. We searched everywhere wherever we go from 2. 45 pm to 6.30 pm.Atlast we came back once more to this place because my wife went to the beauty parlour here. Surprisingly one man called us and asked what happened and why you are searching here. we told we lost our gold chain. He asked does it has any special symbols?we told the Ohm locket and date behind that and the CCTV footage we took from all other locations. Then he gave the chain and told he got it from the parking slot. He was Mr.Prijesh Patel , he is working in this pizza shop.He is such a great and honest man.We never forget him.May God bless him and his family abundantly. May God give him good health and long life. Me and my whole family will remember him forever because it was a special chain and locket that we start to wear from our wedding day as a religious symbol....
