Today I was in this location, the person whom was making my order his nose was literally running dripping I said to him Sir your nose is dripping and he wiped his nose with his hands and carried on and then his nose start running dripping again then he went in the back and he cleaned it with tissue paper with out washing his hands . So I told him Sir your didnt wash your hands either, So disgusting 🤢 I’m about to puke thinking about it . This Thai express is an imposter! Like it’s the worst tasting Thai Express unfortunately. Skimpy on ingredients and just damn cheap. Not enough sauce, not enough veggies- just ridiculous. And after now looking at their reviews for this location- they actually do not care that they do not put out good tasting food.

I ordered Green Curry with Chicken - not good and even the white piece of whatever that is they call chicken- smh. Complete let down. If this is a franchise then i would assume all there procedures would be the same.

If I could give this place a 0/5 star, I would. I went to the Dixie Outlet Mall Thai Express and ordered a mini tom yum soup on Dec 12, 2022. The workers only gave me 2 bites of noodles and 2 pieces of sliced chicken. There was no tomato in my soup which is usually what is included in the tom yum. I also had a fido xtra perks coupon that said I can go get a free imperial roll and 20 oz drink without a purchase of anything.
