The Beer Store — Restaurant in Mississauga

If there is a minus 3 stars, I would really give. I encountered a worse customer service and an arrogant person at this location. I understand there is only one person there, but there is no need for attitude and bad customer service. I have been to this place many times, the staff can be friendly or silent rude, but not arrogant with attitude yet he accuses the customer of showing attitude because it won't do any good to the customer his words... he really didn't realize his attitude and the way he talks to customers that he was going to get this review... and encourage customers who even witnessed to find other store/s. It doesn't mean if we are buying alcohol he is better than us. The customer needs good service as alcohol can be bought anywhere better with way better service. To me, he was just an employee and a cashier not worth my time to argue with, but a review will send a message about this place. So, do not put up with bad service...

I visited the Heartland Beer Store for the first time today and it completely changed my life. The level of customer service I receive from these employees is SUPERB! I dealt with two women by the names of Amanda and Danielle and they were both filled with an encyclopedia of knowledge. They were able to answer all of my questions instantaneously with such beauty and elegance that I was honestly dumbfounded. I simply am not used to such high level of customer service that I received from this location, despite traveling nationally and visiting many beer stores around the country. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I would also give these two wonderful employees gold medals if I could too. Such a refreshing and amazing experience! Definitely recommend this location!!!

This store is poorly managed. Today being July 2nd, they must have known there would be many people shopping for cold brew and the have a rookie running the cash, the worst thing is they have a line up through the cold room where you have to pick up your supplies.This is truly the most Inept 😀 practice I have ever seen there. I myself and another lady walked out cause the wait time was reduculous. Never again. Better customer service and a better planability is definitely needed...
