We love Wings so we decided to give this place a try as it is newer and worth trying to add to our faves.
What an absolute 💯 letdown. And to be fair in my review we visited TWICE to ensure the first visit wasn't simply an anomaly and a complete off day for the restaurant. It wasn't.
The first visit there was a line up around the building. We were hesitant but decided to join it. The wait was insufferable especially in the heat 🥵
We finally got closer and landed by the door. There was a mass of people standing to the side against the wall, we were unsure if they had already ordered (they did and were waiting).
Upon finally entering we thought the line would've moved a tad quicker but no it didn't. Right away we noticed there was minimal seating available and good luck if you actually got a seat as you will have scores of people standing/breathing over you as you eat....while they wait in the never ending line up.
The floor was dirty with food, the tables were also unwashed and dirty. One young lady decided to squeeze into a table knocking over the napkin dispenser leaving a sea of napkins on the floor. She reluctantly picked up most and stuffed them back into the dispenser for someone else to use.
At no time did anyone come around to do a quick clean-up or check on the 'dining' area.
After over 45 mins our order was ready. The boneless wings were incredibly salty. The sauce was overpowering with salt and not much else for flavour.
The first experience was not great. Our son ate the rest as we underwhelmed already.
The second visit didn't fare any better. Again an incredibly long line plan a wait time equally 50 mins to get our order. We ordered a family pack of 24 boneless wings, fries that cost $42.99 the amount of food you get could feed a hungry teenaged boy and no one else which is exactly what happened. The fries portion was a single serving (this was supposed to feed a 'family').
We ordered a 10 piece wing meal which cost $19.99. The fries were pretty much the same portion as the family meal.
The fries this day was seasoned well although there were a sea of small broken pieces that looked as if the bottom of the basket was served. Barely any whole pieces of fries visible.
Again the boneless wings were heavily coated but the flavours were nothing to write home about and mainly salt based (Texas bbq, hot) and regular.
The price point does not match the quantity of the food you receive.
The carrot sticks were sloppily served wrapped in paper and in the bag....let's just say they were water everywhere that soaked through the bag.
We went home again disappointed and I ate leftovers from my fridge as Again, there is not enough food to feed a family and the food wasn't that great.
Almost $80 for two meals that were subpar and couldn't feed a family.
Unfortunately we...

I’ve been visiting this location since it first opened in 2024 (?) and I’ve seen h ow things have changed over time.
🍗 WINGS & TASTE: When it opened, the wings were plump, juicy, and full of flavor — easily one of the best late-night treats in the area.
These days, while the flavor is still great, the wings have become noticeably smaller and thinner. Sizing Category is a SMALL.
Still, it remains a go-to spot for cravings, which explains the steady late-night crowd.
👥 SERVICE: The staff work hard and keep up with the high volume of orders. They’re focused, fast, and efficient.
Communication can sometimes be tricky due to accents and who’s taking the order, but it always gets sorted out.
Service is quick and on point — KUDOS to the STAFF.
‼️‼️‼️‼️THE ISSUE ‼️‼️‼️‼️
⚠️ CLEANLINESS – HYGIENE & SANITATION: (📸 See photos)
Garbage bins were overflowing, with paper waste sticking out. Customers had to push trash down to make space.
We had to clear and clean our own table, which had leftover napkins and a takeout box.
The table had sticky grime — I had to use my own sanitizer. The stubborn dirt had clearly been there for a while.
Worst of all, the floors were filthy — covered in black, dry dirt and footprints, in the middle of summer.
This isn’t just about visual appeal — it’s a PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUE. ⚠️⚠️⚠️
With heavy customer traffic, a dedicated staff member should be assigned to maintain cleanliness in the dining area at all times.
⸻
🔚 BOTTOM LINE: We still love the wings — but…HYGIENE and SANITATION should NEVER be COMPROMISED, especially in a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT.
If dirt, grime, and overflowing trash bins are left in the dining area for customers to see, it makes you wonder: What’s the standard of cleanliness inside the kitchen?
I truly hope management takes this seriously — for the SAFETY of CUSTOMERS and the REPUTATION of the BRAND.

Read moreWe came on opening day and there was an hour long lineup. Turns out the lineup wasn’t because it was particularly busy, but because the service was really bad.
The cashier types on the screen really slowly and was clearly undertrained. Probably not her fault, i would fault the management. The following is what happened.
I asked for bone-in and she thought i said boneless. When I clarified she asked “do you mean classic?” I asked if classic meant bone-in and she said “i dont know.” I just assumed classic meant bone-in and carried on.
I asked for all flats and she didnt know what I meant. She had to pull the other cashier and the other cashier had to show her how to put in all flats. Apparently my friend also asked for all flats and she didn’t know how to answer so he just moved on. We came at 3 while the store opened at 11, there’s no way we were the first people to ask for all flats.
And in between each question was maybe many seconds of waiting… I think it took around 2-3 minutes for my order, and that amount of time for everyone else I noticed. Imagine that for every single person, and that’s probably why the lineup was so long despite it not being so busy.
That’s not all: my friend was waiting near the counter for his food for awhile, while we all got our meals. After a bit he asked for his food, maybe something is going wrong, but apparently they literally just never called his name, he was standing beside the counter the whole time.
There were two cashier as well, but for some reason the cashier that was trained and competent kept leaving to do cleaning or other tasks, leaving the incompetent one to take everyone’s order, contributing to the wait times.
Also, the aforementioned cashier somehow spelled each of our 5 names incorrectly. Honestly not even terrible service retrospectively (apart from the flats thing and how slow the cashier was) but made a pretty...
