Rolled in from Chicago for a visit. Thought we'd give Burger's Priest (10 & Eglington) a try after passing it so many times on all of our visits. Read some really bad reviews but in general, positive reviews. Food: Is actually a 4.7 star rating. Ordered the classic chicken and Impossible burgers (1 x Single and 1 x Double). The classic chicken had plenty of meat and toppings. The Impossible patties were sufficient in size but could have been a bit larger (like 25% thicker)... but satisfying nonetheless. The sandwiches lacked mayo but that was an easy fix. The poutine which uses vegan gravy was tasty and the fries were legit. Food didn't look exactly like the pictures, but was great nonetheless, for the price. Service: Canada is not known for excellent customer service (sorry)... but the crew at the Hwy 10 & Eglington liason in Mississauga on Friday at noon were attentive, friendly and quick. They even checked in with us on our experience about a 1/3rd way into our meal. I couldn't ask for anything more! I don't give 5 stars for service anywhere in Canada. Great job BP team. Atmosphere: The restaurant was tidy and smaller than I thought it would be, but there was enough seating without having to wait. The tables and seats were clean. Only flaws: the napkins could be a better quality and they could carry Coke products instead of Pepsi. Overall a great experience. Thanks for not nickel and diming customers. @Shant M., still got that 5.0?

This was a decent dining experience. During the 3rd lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic, most places are only doing Takeout, Delivery via UberEats, and Curbside-pickup. The estimated wait time was pretty close, but not anything to be concerned about. I got my food within 5 mins of the estimated time They use a service to run their online orders. It gives you a full range of options and controls. There was a weird thing that they wouldn't let you order Poutine-only in your meal, like fries-only, but thats small. Service was polite. I order 3 items: the Chicken Low Priest, The Holy Smokes, and a Poutine. The Poutine was not my favourite. I ate it reheated, but i doubt the reheating was what made the gravy taste musty. I had to drown it in ketchup just to stomach it. The Chicken Low Priest was so-so. I don't know what it was but the chicken tasted...weird. Like it had a sweet cadence to it, kinda smelled like the batter had some sweet element to it, but it didn't translate in taste. Lastly, The Holy Smokes burger. Looked alright if not a little messy, tasted like their normal burgers. the deep fried jalapeños didn't add much more than crunch. All in all, this is a still a better quality place than most fast food spots, but I was expecting so much more.

To be fair, we would have given this place 5 stars. The food was great. The burgers just perfect, well crafted and a delight for the taste buds. Truly a great place to buy from - especially when we, as a family, have always bought from local restaurants. And that too by picking up rather than ordering through the crazy expensive Apps who deprive restaurant owners a good chunk of the order value. The one star loss was for the chaos at the back end that did not keep up with the east of ordering through the website. The website itself uses a platform called Ritual which does NOT give you an order confirmation number. When the site said the order would be ready in 20 minutes and i reach there in 25, only to wait there for another 25 you know the back end needs fixing. The chaos was apparent all through as a result of which there was absolutely no social distancing inside. And you could not even leave to stand outside for the fear that your name would be called out and you would miss it But to the credit of the kids behind the counter, they managed to maintain a cool even if some customers lost theirs. I wish the franchise would take care of the back end issues quick.

Just had one of the worst customer service experience here. My husband called in an order for pick up at 11:58am - as it says on the receipt. I was coming from an appointment, and arrived at 12:16pm and there was a woman with her kids ordering and so I waited my turn in line. After they ordered and paid, I told the cashier that I was there for pick up under my husband's name, she put through the payment and I even gave a 10% tip (for nothing). She didn't say anything after I paid only if I wanted the receipt which thank god I did to document her incompetence as the transaction completed at 12:21pm. I went to the area where you pick up the food but didn't hear my husband's name so I sat down as I'm almost 8 months pregnant. Heard the lady with her kids get their order...okay maybe mine will be next. Nope...the lady after me that ordered gets her name called and at this point I've been waiting for almost 10min. So I went up to another cashier and showed her my receipt and asked what's taking so long for a pick up ordered almost 30min ago. She checks my receipt goes to the kitchen part and grabs a bag that was already ready and gives it to me, I took the bag and receipt back and look at the cashier that cashed me out and asked her, why didn't you just give me my order?! And make me wait?! She just stares at me with a dumb look on her face doesn't even apologize. At this point my patience was done and I just left.

Update: Feb. 22,2022 - The president sent me an email acknowledging the poor customer service I received, apologized and sent an e-gift card, which is greatly appreciated. Here's to hoping that next time, we'll have a...

Tl dr ; Food was great, well priced, staff wasn't very professional. Would go to a different location or maybe not on a Sunday.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon, wasn't very busy. Ordered a High priest, chilli cheese dog, two cookies, salted caramel milkshake, poutine & OG burger. The burgers were great, worth it checking out the High Priest 10/10. Cookies were generic chocolate chip but good regardless. The Poutine wasn't anything special but still tasty. Milkshake was great as well! The hot dog was decent, however there was no chilli in it. I took the meal to go so I couldn't check everything. Checked my receipt & it said chilli cheese dog. ¯(ツ)/¯ oh well

However while waiting for my order, a staff member (not working) came in & ordered food. The staff member attending the grill came in to the cash area & began chit chatting with the off duty team member. The team member making the food had an air pod in one ear, the off duty member asked about it, the on duty team member replied " I know I shouldn't have it in, but its Sunday". The team members chit chatted a bit more, my order was ready & they almost forgot the milkshake, almost. The cashier just forgot that I ordered it even though it wasn't busy at all.

Still worth checking out, if you want great burgers, for a good price check it out! Staff weren't on their A game that day, that's it. I'd still go again but maybe a different day or a...
