¼⭐☆☆☆☆ – Deeply Disappointed and Frustrated
If I could give ¼ of a star, I would. My experience at Tim Hortons (4595 Tomken Rd, Mississauga) on August 8th around 8:30 AM was one of the most frustrating I’ve had at any fast food location.
I ordered two Loaded Sausage Breakfast Boxes through the drive-thru. The service was rushed and careless right from the start. The staff member at the window didn’t even wait until my food was in my hands before saying, “Thanks for coming” and calling out “Next!” as if I was an inconvenience. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of me.
Then, 10 minutes down the road, my wife opened the boxes — and both were missing the sausage. Just eggs and hash browns. For something labeled as Loaded Sausage, that’s completely unacceptable. We had to drive all the way back, wasting our time and energy, just to get what we originally paid for.
When I returned and told them about my issue, The staff’s response? A shrug and, “That’s what was entered in the system.” No sense of responsibility. She simply added the sausage and walked away like nothing happened. No correction. No concern. No accountability.
What really upset me wasn’t just the mistake — it was the complete lack of ownership or care. No one acknowledged the inconvenience. No one took the time to correct the root of the problem. The staff who took the order were still smiling and chatting like nothing had happened, as if errors like this were normal and not worth taking seriously.
This experience left a bad taste — not because of the food, but because of how little effort was made to provide even basic customer service. I’m not asking for anything free. I just expect respect, accountability, and accuracy. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority at this location. If you can’t get a simple breakfast order right, and you treat customers like they’re disposable, what does that say about your training and management?
This location doesn’t deserve a full star. ¼ star, if that was possible. If you ever visit this branch, check your order before leaving — or be prepared to waste your time fixing their mistakes.I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you do go here, triple-check your order before driving off, because once you’re gone, you’re...
Read moreI recently visited Tim Hortons and had an overall satisfactory experience. While the customer service was average, the food quality met my expectations.
The service lacked the warmth and friendliness that one would hope for in a customer-oriented establishment. Although my order was taken efficiently, there was no personalized touch or attempt to make me feel valued as a customer. However, the staff promptly addressed any issues I encountered with my order, which I appreciated.
Moving on to the food, I found it to be decent in terms of taste and quality. Tim Hortons has a wide variety of options on their menu, ranging from breakfast items to sandwiches and baked goods. During my visit, I tried their Vanilla Cold Brew, a Veggie Habanero Loaded Wrap, and a doughnut for my little one.The coffee was brewed well, providing a satisfying and flavorful cup to start the day. The warp, while not outstanding, was adequately prepared and filled me up. The doughnut, though not exceptional, was fresh and had a decent texture.
The food presentation was standard, with no extraordinary flair. The serving sizes were reasonable, and the items were served promptly after ordering. While the food met my basic expectations, it didn't leave a lasting impression or stand out in any remarkable way.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was worth mentioning. The dining area and restroom were well-maintained, which contributed positively to the overall experience.
In terms of value for money, Tim Hortons offers reasonably priced food and beverages, making it a convenient option for a quick meal or snack. However, it's worth noting that prices may vary depending on the location, and some items may be slightly overpriced.
In conclusion, my experience at Tim Hortons was satisfactory, with average customer service and decent food quality. While it didn't exceed my expectations or leave a lasting impression, it provided a convenient and acceptable dining option. If you're looking for a quick and reasonably priced meal without any frills, Tim Hortons can be a...

This is the second time I have had a horrible experience here with the past month and I have been coming here since 2011!
The first horrible experience from earlier this month: I went through drive thru and was told that I was getting confused because i wanted to change my order WHILE ordering! I ordered a breakfast sandwhich and then decided i just wanted a bagel instead. This is all at the order speaker. She immediately replied with, it's already made. I reminded her im still placing the order and I changed my mind. Her exact words were, and I kid you not, "you are confused. you already ordered". I again repeated myself that i wanted a bagel and not a sandwhich. She said, "fine drive through". I don't understand what kind of training these people are going through.
Today, the lady taking orders didn't know what she was doing. She was extremely rude and the staff has no concept of customer service. I ordered a bagel and they they didnt have a regular bagel. They were out of everything bagel at 10 am! She replaced a regular bagel and charged me for premium and when i asked why they all got confused and weren't able to understand that different bagels had different prices. Supervisor was nice enough she apologized but i think this staff needs to be replaced. Their Tims card scanner was broken too.
Attaching a pic of the bagel I got this morning from them, this and coffee that was cold as ice. This was on top of dealing with their horrendous order lady. Supervisor profusely apologized but I don't think it's enough. This is the worst tims I have been to in the past 20 years....and that's...
