I work nearby and frequent(ed) this location almost daily. They were fantastic the first year! Always pleasant. Got my order right usually. I don't expect a perfect order every single time (although I know most, rightfully, do because hey, you're paying money to get what you ask for).
In the last four month or so, though, I have been having the consistently worst experiences there. My order is wrong every single time. I had to wait on 3 occasions now for the ladies at the window to finish arguing with each other to get my tea. But I think the thing that irritates me more than anything is when, after a 9-13 hour shift at my retail management job, grinning and baring all the hostility and rudeness that is the wonderful world of retail, while still smiling and saying thank you to every single customer because I AM greatfull for there patronage despite the craziness, these drive-thru servers are BEYOND rude at the window! They say the amount you owe, take your cash, and hand you you order. Fine. No eye contact and never a thank you! Ever! I know it sounds a little silly, but I'm always very polite...and I say thank you to them every time and they literally stare down at the cash register looking angry. Just not worth it anymore. There are 2 Starbucks here and another Tims at the esso station on the corner of argentia and Winston Churchill. Read moreCame here to grab breakfast with friends, while ordering when asked the supervisor to please repeat the order, found her to be rude because she told us to read from the screen and was reluctant to repeat with an attitude. Got 3 orders of farmers wraps 2 with extra chipotle sauce and one as a regular. While receiving it I was told the one outside the bag was without meat and extra chipotle which was correct however the other two were inside the bag. When opened the one with extra chipotle wasn't mentioned however when confirmed with the sandwich maker she took them back however one was opened already by us, still she decide to ask for them back to add or check which one had more felt a little unsanitary as procedures are surely strict on opened food items. However the issue was resolved, when the supervisor confronted the sandwich artist she told that she had notified me the ones which had more which clearly she did not and it doesn't make sense because none of the wraps were marked which should have been as per procedure. Very poor service where customer was blamed for a mistake made by the employees.
Anyhow we did order 3 coffees and somehow we received 5 ill add a picture below PS they don't even know that we did really got 5 there's seems to be no sense of communication and poor management skills. The driver thru was...
Read moreHad a very bad experience today morning. Ordered 2 egg and cheese on a plain croissant and asked it grilled at the counter. And I repeated it four times that needs to be grilled while ordering. When we got the food at the pick up area, my friend found it was not grilled. So requested the person at the pick up area who was preparing the food, to get it grilled. She asked me to place the food on top of the cabin and I did. She made us wait for 15 minutes purposefully which itself is a much of concern and attitude shown towards customer. When I went and checked post 15 minutes, she picked the food and had it grilled. While giving it to me she was telling me to inform prior to get it grilled. I said I told four times to have it grilled at the counter while ordering. As part of your process , if things are not followed what would a customer do for your flaws and how can you show such an attitude for your mistakes. Please have some courtesy, respect to customers as we also pay our hard earned money. And please do not show your attitude for mistakes at your end. As a customer we would be expecting the food , the way we need as we pay for it and that’s your responsibility to provide the same.
