IF YOU'RE IN A RUSH, DON'T VISIT THIS LOCATION. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD.
I always place a mobile order at this location because takes absolutely FOREVER for them to make it. I live close by and it takes me 12 minutes to walk here. I place an order as I'm leaving my house, walked here and when I get to the store, THEN they start making my order when I chase them down for it. This happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. without fail.
Here I have photo evidence of exactly how long it takes for me to get my food. Placed mobile order at 11:18am and got my food at 11:42. When I got into the store, it wasn't busy at all. After I've asked about my order, many people came through and at least 6-8 people after me got all their food and drink orders before I got mine. After 20 minutes of standing there, I asked a staff where's my food and they gave me a BS excuse and said "Oh we're out of an ingredient" and magically they were able to start making my flat bread order. In my head, I was thinking "did they go to the back, kill a chicken and then somehow turned it into ingredients for my order?" 😡 They're not under staffed either. There's 4 people working today so it doesn't make sense how they're able to neglect my order. When I got into the store, I SAW my order listed on their monitors and nobody did anything about it. Unbelievable.
Also, both my flatbreads were not cut like they're supposed to be. If you're going to do the job, do it to the bare minimum at least 😒 The farmers wrap was the same thickness as their fork....where did all the filling go? 😐
I'm usually empathetic to fast food workers because they get a lot of hate but this is incredibly unprofessional by any standard. They half assed their apology in the quietest tone and didn't seem to have wasted my time. What's the point of mobile order...
