Been here 10+ times and have to say that this place is only in business because it’s the only one in Mississuga.

Other then the workers being snappy or mismanaged, I can’t even blame them because the way they’re setup is so disorganized. If you pay for the computers, you’ll waste the first 45 minutes of play time with the staff because they either forgot to put you in the system, or didn’t activate you at all.

On top of that, this place attracts flocks of entitled, inconsiderate, and rude people. If it’s not the rapping teens, a dude yelling at a bronze Valorant game, or garbage scattered around the PC’s, everyone can at least unify with the “cheap” prices and the actually disgusting bathrooms that have LITERALLY not been cleaned in months.

I would only go here for the bubble tea which has a 70% chance of being the right order and if you like entitled Uber eats drivers & 30 year old men giving you attitude because of you choosing to order instead of allowing them to cut in front of you. 1/10...

Came in at 12am today and Nina and Caesar just brushed me off like I didn’t matter saying “oh it’s a half hour wait!” Didn’t even bother to take my order. I literally stood there while Nina fiddled with the online orders and Caesar was making other drinks. There was no one else in the store. I have never felt so disrespected by employees. I even walked out after standing there for so long. Do you think they even cared…nope. Honestly makes me so sick that employees would treat a customer like this. I told them what I thought and that I would be making a complaint! I will be contacting someone in head office because I do not think it’s right for customers to be treated this way. I even saw them do this to another guy that walked in after me. I’m sorry but a customer standing right in front of you, in your store should be a priority, not online orders! Fun place to hang out with friends and play video games, board games, pool.

The computers are a bit frustrating to use because if they are not booted correctly, you can't login, but after you get past that its a very fun place to play video games with friends especially considering the reasonable pricing.

The food is ok, but like others have said, the main attraction is the activities not the food. Kind of like going to the theatre and complaining the nachos are just okay.

The staff are friendly enough. I think many are new hence the amount of other reviews complaining about service.

Would recommend, a bit rough around the edges but this place has potential and I don't believe there are any other venues similar in...
