I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced from your front desk staff and management during a recent interaction.

When I called to make an inquiry, the receptionist not only sounded inattentive but was also speaking with another customer at the same time, which made the conversation confusing and frustrating. It felt disrespectful and gave me the impression that my call was not valued.

In addition, during my visit, the attitude of the woman I believe to be the manager or owner was extremely unpleasant. Her facial expression and demeanor gave off the impression that the customers owed her millions of dollars. There was no warmth, hospitality, or even basic courtesy, which made the entire experience uncomfortable.

As a paying customer, I expect a minimum level of professionalism, respect, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards.

Not a bad place to go for some little R and R. I usually come here for the foot Reflexology 60 minute session. I arrived around 1030. I just entered the store since the door was open and tried to wait inside since it was just raining. But one mid age lady asked me to leave and let me wait outside. I am not really comfortable to stand for a long time or walk around due to a recent car accident.
