I recently discovered Mountain Jade last year, and it’s truly a treasure trove for jade enthusiasts. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and an atmosphere of calm sophistication. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions about jade quality, origins, and craftsmanship.

The selection is breathtaking, every piece feels like it was handpicked for someone special. I found a stunning jade bracelet with intricate detailing that feels like it was made just for me. What impressed me most was the care and passion that goes into curating their collection; you can tell they take pride in offering only the finest quality jade.

Beyond the products, the customer service was impeccable. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the shopping experience, even offering tips on how to care for my new bracelet to keep it looking its best. The store itself is beautifully designed, making it a joy to explore.

Thank you to the ladies at Mountain Jade for going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I've only worn loose bangles before because they were always gifts given to me, so I decided to get one for myself that's actually my wrist size. Since I'm not local, all our correspondence had to be via email and at some point they even offered a video call to help me with sizing and how to put a tighter bangle on. After several attempts, including a return and exchange of a bangle that was too tight, I finally ended up with this beautiful jade bangle that fits me comfortably and perfectly. I ended up also getting a rose quartz bracelet in the process. At a time in my life where every extra bit of positivity is so crucial, this experience became monumental. I haven't had a lot of luck finding a good local store with a vast selection of quality stone jewelry, especially jade, after the go-to in my city closed due to the owner's retirement. But I definitely struck gold (or rather, jade!) with Mountain Jade Inc. Would defintely shop again with them, and if I ever visit Mississauga in the future, I'll have to stop by their storefront. I have loved crystals since I was little but this was my first time buying them online. What a flawless experience from start to finish. You can shop here with confidence.

Before purchasing, I asked questions about the surface quality, weight, and if the photos were real or stock. Everything was answered in a timely and detailed manner with a scale photo and video.

The polishing is so well done that even under a 10x loupe, the surface appears smooth like water. The areas where the rutile needles meet the quartz cannot be felt.

The box, interior, and drawstring bag are thoughtfully done and ready for gift giving. It was securely packed with sufficient void fill and quickly dispatched.

The only small thing I can suggest is for the parcel exterior to bear no indication of the nature of its contents for improved security in transit.

All in all, I am grateful to have found Mountain Jade and for this new specimen. There are many crystal shops in my province but I will be keeping yours at the top of my list for future...
