I get the chicken, beef or veg (all in spicy or regular) samosas every time I visit Moncton from Ontario, usually from the market location. But I was today years old when I realized this restaurant is the one and the same place I travel for. I’m so grateful I’m back in the province to pop in more frequently, and still plan on traveling from Fredericton, but now I don’t have to do that around a Saturday morning! These are a perfect balance of nostalgia and taste, and hit the spot every time. These Lebanese samosas are traditionally different from other regions’ samosas in both dough and flavors, and I wonder if that other negative review was because they had different expectations? I personally prefer these, the dough is much thinner and the filling is packed. Yes the meat is crumbly on purpose, and I appreciate that there also isn’t filler vegetables in them. I like my veg separate, which is also what they do. 😁 Love these and I want to try the other menu items, but I just can’t pass the samosas. Ask for them to be heated up hot if you can’t wait to get home and plan on eating them in the car. My kids snuck one from my bag while I was driving. I guess I’ll share with them. (Sorry for the blurry photo from sunscreen)

Stopped in on NYE at 11:00 am picked up 8 samosas. They were the worst things i have ever tried. They tasted like they had been sitting under the heat for days. The dough was greasy , undercooked and overcooked at the same time. The inside was dry , no flavour at all. Like biting into sawdust. The lady that served me was very nice. But if you want a good samosa, don’t buy one here. They were expensive, and we had to throw them out. Will never...

I got a donair but gyro style with tzatziki sauce. It was good except she should grill the meat itself not just the whole wrap…. Place is called O Samosa and so I tried a couple veggie ones. Must be Lebanese style or something cause it doesn’t taste like Indian ones at ALL. It was also old. Like days and days my guess. I had a $4 mango juice was good but idk šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø $4? Anyways that’s it for me I won’t be back. 2 star...
