Bar Jono — Restaurant in Montreal

This bar is a total no frills dive sports bar; but they have the cheapest pitchers of local micro brew that I've found in Montreal; there is a tasty hemp beer. The staff are friendly and put up with our lack of francaise despite being pretty deep in the francophone end of Mont Royal. There is usually a hockey game on. We cheer for the leafs and haven't been beat up yet. There is a pool table and machine that serves cans of Pringles. déconseille fortement, le staff est terriblement désagréable tout comme les clients réguliers. moi amie et moi se sommes fait invité à quitter les lieux par le barman un lundi soir (15/09/25) après avoir commandé déjà 2 bières et laissé des pourboires généreux, juste parce qu'on prévoyait rester encore un peu avant de finir notre soirée, sans recommander de consommation. on a essayé de jouer au billard, mais un gars a passé toute la partie à nous regarder et à bailler agressivement pour qu'on lui laisse la table. musique trop forte, l'endroit est laid et sans charme. si vous avez la chance, je recommande plutôt le verre bouteille...
