I’ve been loving pho 911 since it opened, supported it all throughout the pandemic with weekly delivery orders and visiting in person frequently enough to become familiar with the two guys who sometimes work service, who always welcome us and treat my boyfriend and I really nicely. I’ve referred my friends and neighbours to this restaurant too. Sadly, the last time we dined in, they weren’t there but the female waitress with glasses was. She decided to comment on my boyfriend’s body based on his order… he wanted a medium soup and an order of rolls (to share with me). She decided that responding by lightly touching his tummy and telling him “no for you, it’s gonna be a large” was okay… I wish i was joking because it’s literally appalling, but I’m not. Restauranteurs: just give that extra 10% of effort. It's worth it; you'll have very loyal repeat clients. Unfortunately, after the second bowl I probably won't be back.
Pretty good. Wasn't a huge fan of the spring rolls (a bit bland) but the everything pho is large, with generous amounts of meat, good broth, and overall good quality. Not the best I've had compared to California but very good for Montreal and especially for the plateau.
I just wish it also had tendon (not offered at this restaurant).

Read moreOrdered the rare beef pho. Overall very good pho, however the slices of beef didn't appear to be rare. It was a pinkish-grey hue and seemed more medium that rare. Either it was veal, or the meat was slightly cooked because they didnt feel comfortable serving a the meat bloody and rare as i'm accustomed to in other pho restaurants.
In terms of trimming, it didn't come with the expected accouterments such as a chili pepper or basil/mint leaves. Only came with bean...
