Boulangerie & Pâtisserie Napoleon — Restaurant in Montreal

I went into the bakery shop wanting to order a simple white cake for 3 days after. The lady there seemed confused but followed with the order. She talked to the owner and they proceeded to tell me they can make the order. So after those 3 days, I asked a family member to go pick it up because I couldn’t. When I go to check the cake. I see a white cake with cherries and chocolate decor on it with nothing on it like i specified that I did not want anything on it. The service was all right. They didn’t understand me at all. I found this bakery last year. I think at that time they just sold the place. I bought couples of cakes/pastries since than and they were amazing. However this summer, I bought a strawberry shortcake, to my surprise, it was rotten. The strawberries were all rotten. Can you image how long must the cake been in the fridge to turn rotten. No fresh pastry on a sunday afternoon!!! I asked the lady what was fresh of the day so said EVERYTHING!!! The millefeuille.the cheesecake . The butter cake and the redvelvet were not fresh!!! I called and still she held the fact that they were fresh of the day (she played stupid) . Honestly how are you guys still open??
