Restaurant Paragon (Jarry) — Restaurant in Montreal

I've been a loyal customer for years. This was actually one of the few places where I would order out regularly and the only place where I would get pizza. Unfortunately I have a pretty bad pineapple allergy, but the staff here were always kind and accommodating so I never had a problem. Well I ordered the normal pizzas which I get (allergy warning included). And to my surprise had a massive allergic reaction, so much so that I had to take my epipen and was eventually driven to the hospital. Now, this is something that I would normally not blame them for, given that this is my allergy and it's my fault I ordered pizza , had I not found a piece of pineapple under some vegetables right in the middle of my pizza. I'm not sure if this was intentional maliciousness (which I've had happen before because people don't think pineapple allergies are real) or an accident, but regardless I would have rather they told me if they were too busy to accommodate me then end up in the hospital. Ordered 2 large Pizza Paragon on Jarry. Besides the crust, both dough were half baked : very soft and rubbery. Called to explain the situation and, seriously, i was calm and respectful without using any harsh words. I was planning to simply ask them to be more cautious. I just started saying that i'd like to report an issue and that both pizzas are not baked through. The employee interrupted me and quickly went on defense mode. "We sold 100s of pizza today without any issue so i don't know what to tell you." I replied that all i wanted is you to be more careful. Never did I think I would be leaving a one star review for a restaurant that has been one of my favourites for the last 15 years. For the last year, there has been a drastic decline in quality; food has been inconsistent and frankly disappointing every time which happens to coincide with the change of owners. For a while I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but tonight was the last straw. Not only do they not know how to follow instructions when taking orders by phone, they are rude when you try to express your dissatisfaction.
