A delicious bakery with plenty of choice, everything looks super fresh, my children loooove their chocolate avalanche (a sort of super duper pain au chocolat). A big terrasse on a quiet side street which is not that common in the area. The staff is super friendly and helpful, despite the size (quite big) there is a "from around the corner neighborhood bakery" kind of feel. There are a few gluten free options (salads + macaroons, creme brûlées, smoothies), and although they can't guarantee no cross contamination, I've never been sick (and I'm super sensitive), as some of the staff is super knowledgeable (the manager in particular, who is super dynamic). Read moreNot usually one to complain, however it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to listen to your customers. I went there for my 1st time this morning 1030am very quiet nonone else in line. I asked the lady if they make decaf London fog. I specified 3 times that I cannot have caffeine due to medical reasons or I get severe vertigo. When she served me in again asked if it was decaf, she said yes. I sit down start drinking a few sips and feel a bit dizzy. I go to the counter another girl serves me ( 1st girl stepped out) and I show her the tea bag and she shows me the box and tells me it has caffeine. Read moreCame in to buy a cake on display to be told they did not have the cake in inventory in their fridge upstairs and that they'd have to go down to the basement pantry only to disappear for 20 minutes and come back with a different cake, saying there was none left of the kind that I just ordered and paid for.
