Honestly, I did not have any issues with her and kept going back despite her making inappropriate comments at times. She was efficient and fast. However, I do agree with another comment that she is nice when you tip her, but very rude if you don’t accommodate her, which does not make any sense. I stopped going after 2 issues occurred. The first was when I booked an appointment with her, and despite the fact that I booked well over a month ahead and was already accommodating enough when she insisted the only slot she had was a specific day at 8:15 am, she messaged me asking if I could come earlier because of a last minute cancellation, to which I responded I couldn’t as I didn’t see the difference between 8 am and 8:15 am. She didn’t answer my text, but had to make a comment during my appointment that I should be more accommodating as she was able to take me earlier. I told her that’s ridiculous and I don’t live 2 seconds away and that what she’s saying makes no sense. The second was when I booked an appointment and unfortunately woke up during the early hours of the morning of my appointment with a fever and it turned out to be a stomach flu. I messaged her right away at 5am apologizing profusely and I felt horrible and even offered to pay for the services I requested and to reschedule at her earliest convenience. The last thing I expected was a rude and disrespectful answer from her at 7am saying “I have no availability for you anymore. You cancel last minute and I don’t accept”. I was a long time customer of hers and honestly did not expect how rude, condescending and childish her answer would be. I was immediately repulsed and stopped going there. Dorothy is amazing!! She is super fast and efficient and is the nicest lady ever, I always enjoy going to see her. Fees are extremely reasonable and I am never disappointed. Great central location and very easy to book appointments, I just text her and she always replies within a few minutes. I wouldn't go to anyone else! Tip: parking is a bit limited downtown with the expansion of the sidewalks during COVID), so metro is the easiest access. I recently found a parking lot in a side alley half a block up, parallel to st. Catherine' which worked very well....

This woman is an angel sent from heaven. I found Dorothy around 8 years ago when I googled “best Brazilian wax in Montreal”. And she really is the best. She does a full bikini wax in under 5 minutes. Her scheduling is very flexible. Not only is she fast, efficient and precise in her work, but she’s also the sweetest woman ever. She makes you feel so incredibly comfortable.
