however, staff seems disorganized. Ordered a dozen small pizza on Friday, august 20th and was said that they'd be ready in 30 minutes. I ordered around 9:30. came back at around 10:00 as the cashier re assured that 30 minutes was more than enough time to make these pizzas. I asked again to be sure and he said yes, being back at 10 would be good. So, I paid and left. Came back at the requested time, and was said that it would be another 15 minutes to which I was happy to wait outside for. Came back inside 15 minutes later, then, the cashier said it would be another 15 minutes. He asked me if I live close . He told me to go back home if I live close and come in 15 minutes. the fact was, even if I were 15 minutes away, it was a very hot day, coming back, going, home coming back again, and being told wait never mind it isn't ready, go back home. A total of an hour was lost. To which again, I understood that the pizza were not ready, which is why I asked to be sure yet again to the cashier if 11 was enough time for the pizza to be ready. he said 11 is perfect. in fact, the cashier said that he would have them bagged up and ready by 11. obviously no arguments there. Guess what, got there a little after 11 and the pizza hadn't even gotten out of the oven. Understand that you can't rush the process of making pizza, however this demonstrates the lack of communication. the inability to provide correct timing was underwhelming. Being told different information by different staff members also shows the lack of communication within staff. one staff members says that ordering 12 pizzas does not require to be ordered ahead of time as they make a good amount every time but another staff members tells me that it would be preferable the night before.

Again the food is good however these lack of communication causes quite distress. In this situation, I would have preferred when asked initially at 9:30AM when these would be ready, to be told upfront that this might be a little over 11AM. Disclosing these kinds of information would have saved me...

Old dude inside was such a D**K. Made my experience there so terrible.

The machines only accept debit, but my US bank cards would only process as credit. Offered to pay US with exchange rate worse than a bank. Refused and would only take 1:1 (essentially robbery). Walked to the metro atm and came back and made the same order again. With a sour attitude he started preparing the food and in the process drops everything on the ground. (Lol karma I guess for being so rude). Then after he is picking up the same order again from the display case, I ask him if he is using the same paper to hold the items, just making sure due to having a pregnant wife. Only to be met with even an more attitude; he pointed to the garbage can in the corner and I saw the old order resting on top of the lid on the old paper (I really hope he tossed out the items instead of just sticking them back in the display case: but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.)

Now you may be wondering where this story is going or why I am writing so much. Because Google asked me how my experience was at Boulangeri Habib. Twas not a good one.

Old dude is a turn off and payment system should accept credit, and the food was meh, everything was heated in a microwave causing items...

I have long story but I don't want to type it. Person on the sales counter is very rude. I ordered pink cake. They charged me extra 5$ just for color And the chef put the whole bottle of the color on the cake.when we opened the box it was neon pink my kids eat that poisonous cake before I realized. It was so bitter trust me it was no where less than a poison. Then I called the owner he did not apologize but started making excuses.we brought new cake from the nearest backery and celebrated the birthday but the actual event was already spoiled. We took the cake back to backery he refunded me all the amount. But I had to spend 21$ for transit.
