the only reason i gave three stars cause i was not happy. im looking for a place to buy quality coffee at a reasonable price and i found atwater market. i talked to the girl that i wanted ethiopian coffee medium roast and i saw her give me another name. i figured that maybe thats the house name for the coffee. it bugged me the next day so i called and asked and found out she gave me the wrong coffee. i was kinda upset since i have to go return it and not that i can understand if she was overwhelomed and made a mistake. but the lady on phone told me she will correct it and leave me a new bag. i enjoy going to atwater market but im sure people want what they pay for. it was my first time there at this coffee shop and saw they have wide selection. hope this doesnt happen again to me or anyone. when your in business like me you want to satisfy your cleint so they come back or put your name out. i dont want people to stop going there cause they are helpful like the lady on the phone....

They roast their own coffee!! There is a huge roasting machine that runs right in front of you. The staff is super cool and so is the ambience. Not as many organic fair trade options as some other coffee joints might carry.

The latte was less milky and more coffee (vents fou)

Definitely worth a shot.

We ended up picking up two types of Ethiopian fair trade roasts (noir et brun) - French press grind. Can't wait...
