Friday evening at around 6:30-7pm. Got the Matcha with condensed milk and honestly I am very disappointed. All I got was milk. LITERALLY MILK. My fiancé got the Ube 40 and was not impressed whatsoever.
Overpriced. We also felt that the gentleman that served us was somewhat "insisting". Let me elaborate. He purposely said "ici vous choisissez votre pourboire" and when we got our bubble tea, he also purposely said "c'est beau ein? Vous pouvez prendre une photo puis le mettre sur Instagram". Ya, ok.. Good to know...
I did not enjoy my experience here, unfortunately. I'm giving it a two star when really it deserves a 1. I do appreciate the fact that they're eco-friendly. Hence the additional star.
My matcha bubbletea is chilling in the fridge.. debating on whether I should throw it out or not.
I like the concept but they are improvements to be done.

First and foremost, thank you for reaching out and for striving to be better and to improve in every single way possible. It is greatly appreciated to know that our review is being heard.
We we're recommended to try out the Hojicha with condensed milk and the Peachette and they were a hit!
I picked the Peachette. Now, I'm no fan of peaches and in fact, I try to avoid eating or drinking them as much as possible but I gave it a shot and Boba Boba managed to convinced my stubborn taste buds!
My hubby chose the Hojicha with condensed milk and at first he was not too fond of the bitter taste but he simply added hunny and it he enjoyed it!
At the counter, I was greeted by a gentleman. He was very done to earth and attentive. Nothing forced, simply chill and respectful.
Second time was definitely a charm for me! Looks like I found my favourite Boba Boba flavor!
Thank...
Read morePretty pricey but you know I'm still buying it! This is an absolute must for a Montreal visit, or even as a local. (I got my friend who lived here hooked on these!) This spot is so cute as well and totally ig worthy if you're into that - with cute little pink chairs at the front and aesthetic cups!
The flavours are so so interesting and unique, you'll never find anything similar. I'd love to give everything (other than original) a try. I'd recommend the milk based ones because they're just so much creamier and more satisfying than the fruity ones! The one with mango and condensed milk is absolute FIRE from the sip I stole. Also they can switch out milks if your tummy is sensitive to dairy, which is what I did. The matcha guava was super interesting and delicious, and the pandan horchata was a show stopper to say the least.
(Apparently the miso milk tea is an acquired taste - a bit too savoury... so don't get that unless you're into it!)
These run at about $10 a cup so definitely the priciest boba I've ever bought but definitely...
Read moreThe drink is very pretty and the sort of thing that would do well on Instagram. The menu has unique and fusion inspired flavours. Was impressed by the taste but I'll echo the sentiment that the taste doesn't justify the crown of Montreal's most expensive bubble tea. Mostly unhappy that the staff falsely claimed that the container is biodegradable and that it can be put in the compost bin. Yes, PLA plastic is sourced from corn, but in order for it to degrade, it requires a specialized industrial composting facility where the temperature and pressure are strictly controlled. Montreal doesn't have this sort of facility. Telling people to put these containers in the compost is doing the environment a huge disservice--under regular conditions PLA plastic takes 100-1000 years...
