Buffalo Bill Wings — Restaurant in Montreal

I usually LOVE this restaurant, however, when you order through their website, they deal with UberEats. Today, we ordered, waited 1hr, then it said our order was returned to the store and we got a text in Arabic (neither of us understand Arabic) from the driver who said UberEats were not paying him for the delivery so I guess he returned it for that reason. We called customer service and they told us the driver was leaving the store. 40mins later still no food. We call again and no answer so we try a different number, they answer and tell us the driver just arrived at our building. My boyfriend goes down, waits for 15mins, nothing. He calls back, they tell him he has to go pick up his order at the store. We waited 2hrs for a delivery that never happened. My boyfriend just left to the store and if they answer the problem in any way, I will update my review accordingly.

I placed a delivery order from doordash today.

A texan quarter pounder trio. An original sub.

This was the worst food I've ever had in my life. Even the fries were disgusting.

The sub was burnt black including the mushrooms. Couldn't even see the meat.

The burger was a Texan but only had mustard as a sauce. The meat was completely bland. The bun was dry and old. There was a piece missing from the bun too.

Then the root beer part of the trio wasn't delivered. I even chose honey BBQ sauce and it was nowhere to be seen.

I hope someone high up in the chain sees this email and investigates.

ordered 2 “the diner” 10 boneless wings with fries

barely any sauce on them! And barely any fries! They were a tad overcooked but nothing to complain about. The biggest issues is that the total price for the two were 48$ now was it worth this much? No not at all! What I received should’ve been priced at 10 or 12$ max per box! But you’re trying to sell these boneless wings with barely any sauce or fries for 18-20$ are you insane? If it was worth it sure but it’s not!

For future reference please stress extra sauce on your order.
