I've been coming here for years whenever I arrive into Montreal's Central bus station by bus connecting to the Metro. The quality of the food is consistent and very good (the chicken wrap and the french lentil cranberry salad are my favorites). I think the meal combo they do with the coffee is a pretty good deal and they used to offer a discount for students. The staff here are very hard-working but very efficient and kind to customers. Read moreI never leave reviews but I have to this time. Every time I've come here, the staff has been rude and slow, but this time took the cake for most unfathomable experience I've had at a cafe. I asked for iced black tea, and they gave Me a glass of water and ice and stuck a dry tea bag on top of it. I complained and tried to explain that this is not how to make tea (obviously) because it needs to steep in hot water first, and they looked at me like i wasn't making any sense. It’s not a favour what they are doing by giving us the lattes. On top of that we received a small latte and a medium latte without being asked.
