Wasn't the first time I have been to an Allô mon Coco but defiantly never coming to this location ever again. Came with some family as we were out of town from Ottawa and figured since it's very good there that we'd try it here in Montreal. We got into the restaurant and around 10;50AM and it was pretty dead on the Monday the 30th of June, and the 2 people at the front did not seem to know where to seat us (There was over 10-15 available tables). After being seated we looked into what we had wanted to eat/drink. We ended up ordering 3 drinks and made it specifically clear that we did NOT want whip cream on them as we are all lactose in tolerate, 25 minutes - 2/3 drinks arrive both of them having the whip cream on them and we had said hey we had asked for no whip cream. She says oh okay sorry and says we will re make it as the whip cream has basically started to melt into to drink. She comes back with the 2 drinks and it just looks like they took a spoon and took the whip cream off with it, but it has all basically melted into the drink at this point. We complained again and she basically just got upset and we said never mind.

We then ordered food, again letting her know we DO NOT want whip cream on our waffles as we CANNOT eat whip cream. 30 minutes passes again, they came with the food and what do you know, the whip cream is on the waffles. At this point she is clearly not writing anything down what we are asking as it's the 3rd time the orders are messed up. And keep in mind I still have YET to get the 3rd drink.

My family eats out entire meal and we did not once get anyone come up to ask if everything was good nor ask if we wanted a refill on our waters.

After we were done eating, we waited another 45 minutes to see if anyone was going to come and bring us our bills as we were clearly done eating. Noone came, My brother in law gets up to go ask "Hey can we get our bills" The waitress says "Sure ill be right over"

She then proceeds to not come for over almost 50-55 minutes which again my brother in law get up again and says, Can we please have our bills we want to leave. It's now past 1PM and we still are waiting to pay. Still have yet to get the 3rd drink in the whole process.

Lastly she finally comes with the bills and she added the missing drink onto my bill and when I questioned her saying "Why is this on my bill when I never ended up getting it in the 2 hours we are here" She gets upset trying to say I drank it and they took the cup away. So I was like ? How does that make any sense if the other 2 drink cups are still here and you can see you never even came once to fill up our water. She then leaves to remove the drink from my bill. After another 10 minutes she is back and when we ask for takeout containers they then tell us it costs $1 per box for a take out container as we had some left overs. I have never in my life had to pay money to have a take out container given to us after we just spent over $300 on breakfast. When we go to pay she even has the audacity to have the tip page opened up ready to give me and stares at my in the eyes with the only 4 options available being "30% then 28% then 25% then 20%" I had to ask her where is the custom tip option and they had to click a button on the machine to go to a different page. I mentioned to her why do you think you deserve any sort of tip when all you did was bring us food and bring us food with messed up things we wanted and ontop of that not even bring me to drink I wanted. And she just sat there silently when I clicked $0 and tapped my phone and walked away.

Absolutely terrible service at this restaurant and I will never step foot...

I just wanted to say that this place is my wife and I's absolute favourite place to get a decent breakfast any time we are visiting Montreal for whatever purpose we happen to find the need to come and visit. We should be so lucky to have any kind of breakfast place that even comes close to serving food of this kind of quality, selection and most important of all, VALUE in our neck of the woods, namely Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. On July 27, 2020 at about 11:00AM before we were to make the six hour drive back home, we stopped off at this particular location to enjoy a breakfast before hitting the road. My wife ordered a Chicken benedict on waffles, and I ordered what I believe is called a "Mont-Blanc". The food, as usual was beyond fantastic! The server at this particular location was super friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Upon receiving our order was when I immediately realized I had neglected to mention that my wife is extremely allergic to pineapples. Again, since we're not fortunate enough to have a place that serves this kind of quality of food with very colourful fruit, I have to keep reminding myself every time we come to instruct to the server, "Pas d'ananas". However, Camille was extremely friendly with taking my wife's order back, and bringing her another fruit bowl minus the pineapples. We of course were profusely apologetic. As promised, I now post a five star review for this server, for the excellent and friendly service she provided us. We hope to see you again Camille, next...

Hi and welcome to another episode of javing it with Javier. Let's see what we are javing today. Today we are trying out their specialty dish. It comes with eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, potatoes, beans, some paste thing, a pancake, and toast.

I've been craving brunch for a while so I was excited for this. All the food was good but I was not a huge fan of the paste thing. It reminded me of tuna to be honest. The eggs were made well and so were the meats. I would've preferred if the potatoes were a bit crispier though. The pancake was fluffy and had banana in it which was a nice touch.

The place looked like a regular brunch place but it was really busy which is a good thing. I was conflicted on which breakfast to pick from as there were so many and our waitress was very helpful in answering my questions.

There was so much food on this plate I couldn't finish. I guess those carbs really filled me up. The pricing was similar to what I would get in Toronto but in Toronto sometimes I finish my meal and would have wished for more. This was definitely not the case here.

All in all, not only was the food and portion sizes great here, I had a fun time trying to pronounce the name of this place as it was so unique. Really made me feel fancy :). And that's it for today's episode of javing it with Javier. And remember...
