I called 24 hours in advance to place and order and I asked what did the kilogram of carnitas included, they said EVERYTHING.
The day of the delivery they called to let me know they were behind on my order because they were very busy since early in the morning. They finally showed up 1.5 hours later than scheduled.
The food was very tasty, the salsas were well prepared and it does have an authentic Mexican taste. However, they didn't send limes and they sent approximately 3/4 of a container with onion and cilantro, for 5 kgs. of meat.
When I reached out to ask about the limes, they said they only send them when the client asks, which is pretty outrageous for a Mexican place and also, they mentioned they would send EVERYTHING the day before which should undoubtedly include limes.
I hope the restaurant succeeds but you really have to improve the client service and the organizational skills when it comes to orders...
