Chef Foo — Restaurant in Montreal

Food and prices are good and decent. But their service brings my rate down to 1. Whenever we call to order, they are always in a rush and are always rude. Their tone of voice shuts me out all the time and rushes me to finish my order. One time, my mom got confused with our order and suddenly the lady just told us to call them back again, which I understood maybe they have a lot of order. But then we called back 6 times and they never responded. Their customer service is so BAD AND RUDE that we ended up eating at kam shing. To the cashiers at chef foo, please learn how to serve your customers because you will lose your customers in the long run. Also please change the way you talk to us because we don’t order your food just to get DISRESPECTED by your AWFUL SERVICE.
