2 stars because of the convenience and selection of stuff they had. I came in today to grab a coffee and maybe a bite to eat. Asked the guy at the counter what kind I f roast they have for the espresso. After probing little, dude with tude replies, “espresso by default is dark roast!” Should’ve have ordered but I desperately needed some caffeine so sucked it up while barista sis and counter bro snickered behind the desk. Cafe people should excited when a customer asks about coffee and not act like hates their job. It’s not that the cafe was very busy that he couldn’t spare a second to talk. Not only that, they had entire section of single origin coffee, different roast level coffee and dude couldn’t be bothered try selling me some. The male barista doesn't care about his job and does it poorly and proud. Made a caramel corretto wrong the first time & I simply mentioned that the drink is not blended. He remade it again this time with no coffee. Nobody wants to spend 6 dollars on drinking a cup of soy milk and syrop. Quite the disapointement that somebody doesn't care about his job enough to do good work. Or is tripping off an attitude to just make it right. It shouldn't matter if your job right now is in a coffee shop until you finish school and are off on to your career. Bringing the best quality of work should be brought with you wherever you go. I think it's a good location. I've finish a bunch of essay in this place. consistency on the products are amazing. I guess my only complain is probably the owner/manager, or whoever the man that constantly roams around in the day time. No outside food allowed when he's there, making this a not-so -student friendly coffee stop... like the usual ones where you can sit for hours to do your homework. Understandably, he wants us to buy there.. but I guess it was just unusual for a premium coffee shop to have this regulations.
