TERRIBLE SERVICE. employees don't care about the service quality. They are all robots just doing their work. After spending $40 on supper for me and my husband, we wanted a coffee. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee to go, and was then served a cup without a cover. They have no covers left. WHAT? and you couldn't tell me this before you just made me wait 15 minutes for a coffee. That coffee sat their from the moment I ordered it, he made it and then it sat there while he served 5 other customers and prepared their food, the coffee just sat there with no cover for 15 minutes. Then when I asked for a cover, and was told there was no covers he attempted to put the coffee in a soup container with a cover. SERIOUSLY? Read moreWe've ordered twice for pickup here and both times our orders were delayed or wrong. Today we ordered a ultimate breakfast skillet but an ultimate breakfast bagel was packed. Mistakes are fine but I went back in to let the staff know behind the counter but they insisted it was right.
I had to resort to loading the website and showing pictures. It took about 5 mins of explaining what we ordered vs what they delivered to have our order rectified. Finally I left with the right order to find out it had been served with rice and sweet potato which isn't what a breakfast skillet is supposed to have. See attached photo.

Few minutes later, I receive a text message saying that my order is cancelled because the Copper Branch was closed (it was a sunday night around 8pm).
