The teachers are very careless, I have seen teachers talking on the phone while kids are waiting on the table to activity. I have seen teachers chatting with each other while all kids are left by themselves not paying attention at all. Very irresponsible care takers. I do not see any educational activities. Plus my daughter was hurt by a teacher on her bam I could see black bruise on her, my daughter was refused to give her water. She is 3 years old very calm and smart girl I regret sending my kids to this daycare. We sent my son here for only a few days, at first we had an ok feeling. On the 4th day there, the daycare staff forgot him outside in the fenced in play area. It was early April and it was below freezing. My son had to climb over the chain linked fence, walk around the building alone and made his way to the front door where he waited until someone noticed him screaming and crying. Upon picking him up that day, daycare staff lied about the event. This daycare was subject to previous investigations due to the previous owner mistreating the kids and staff, the previous owner transferred the rights on paper to his wife and as a result he still visits...

Nous avons récemment transféré notre fils de 4 ans d'une garderie subventionnée à la Garderie Pré-maternelle du Village, et nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de cette décision. Dès les trois premiers jours, l'équipe nous a fourni des recommandations précieuses concernant notre fils, et nous avons rapidement observé une nette amélioration dans son développement.

Avant son arrivée, il ne connaissait pas son alphabet et ne reconnaissait que quelques lettres, et il ne savait pas compter au-delà de 5. Après un mois passé à la Garderie Pré-maternelle du Village, il maîtrise désormais l'alphabet, chante des chansons, et ses dessins sont plus élaborés. Il est maintenant enthousiaste à l'idée d'aller à la garderie chaque jour. Ça fait maintenant 4 mois que nous y sommes et les progrets se voient à tous les jours et sur pleins de sujets variés.

Le personnel est tout simplement extraordinaire : attentif, généreux, patient, et ils prennent le temps de résoudre les problèmes en plaçant l'enfant au centre des décisions. Contrairement à où nous étions avant, ils ne passent pas leur temps à rédiger des rapports d'incident ou à blâmer les enfants ou les parents.

Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir changé de garderie. Notre fils est désormais épanoui, apprend très bien, et est heureux. Un grand merci à la garderie et à tout...
