Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

I don't recommend this place at all. I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I had to because the customer experience was the worst I ever lived. I ordered a single pizza and the cost was 24$, said fine and waited for the delivery guy. It took them 1 hour to deliver the pizza. I called the store just to make sure that my order was still being processed and I got told the delivery guy is on his way, I said fine let him call me once he's there. After another long wait, I get a call and he tells me he's outside. I go outside immediately and there's no one. I tried calling him 3 times but he didn't answer. I waited outside for 5 minutes and he calls me back and say that he's waiting for us in a rude tone and hung up. Turns out he was on the other side on the building. Took me 1 minute to get there and once he saw me he started shouting, screaming, telling to shut up, called me names in front of many people and started shouting insults in arabic. At first, I started laughing thinking it was sort of a prank but turns out he was serious. He threw the pizza on the seat and at one point wanted to assault me. He reached for his bag and made a step towards me like he wanted to hurt me or something. This is the worst experience I ever had to deal with and all this for a pizza. This is absurd since I still don't understand why he was so aggressive. I contacted the store but the manager is as rude as his delivery guy and only wanted to talk in person, he didn't want to provide any names, not even the name of the owner. I will make sure I contact Dominos Pizza and fill a formal complaint against them. I went on the website and turns out the pizza I ordered cost 10$ and not 24$, the store actually lied to me on the price which is fraudulent and a shame. I was a regular Dominos Pizza customer but I will not encourage them anymore because of this and the way they treated me. Do not encourage them and don't buy from them, made some research and turns out it didn't happen only to me, this is a recurring behaviour. This is a shame for the Dominos Pizza...

Absolutely horrible client service and client experience. I ordered a pizza online at 11:50 PM and it went through. I called the store to make sure it was still open and if they would be able to make my order. A horribly rude guy (Oussman/ Oussama) answered the phone with the most disrespectful tone ever replied to me. He mimicked my words and used an absolutely childish and disrespectful intonation in order to blame me for making him cook an extra pizza. I seriously felt attacked and he made it feel like it was my fault that I ordered the pizza and made him do his job. Everyone has bad days, but this is a case of extreme unprofessionalism. He was so aggressive in the way he talked, I was shocked and afraid to even continue my order in fear that he would deliver to my house and cause a possibly hostile situation. I do not feel safe anymore knowing that this possibly threatening employee has my address and could seek revenge at any moment in order to release the anger that he spoke with over the phone. Van Horne Domino's Pizza needs a serious reevaluation of their staffs and protect their customers and their information from such individual. AVOID THIS DOMINO'S PIZZA...

I understand that on July 2 you were understaff but it doesn't excuse this bad customer experience. I first ordered jumbo pizza without knowing that the place does not serve jumbo pizza and to receive by surprise large size pizza (the casher did not bother to mention that only larges are available and did not reconfirm the order). Furthermore, I called after giving my order to mention my phone number, but they take into account the phone number appearing on their display without bothering asking for your number - don't you know about confidential policy? I took the time to call back to give my phone number but they mentioned that they have the phone which is ok... One positive point is that the service was quite fast but upon reception of the pizza, my mom wasn't able to pay by credit card and was forced to pay debit when clearly, domino allows customer to pay whichever method they want to. Since there is many pizza around the area, I will not order at your place. I hope this review will ring a bell and help you to improve...
