Dulce Café Cookies — Restaurant in Montreal

ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!!! If anyone actually likes this they were held at gunpoint because I got doivle chocolate, red velvet, strawberry's and oreos. The taste was bad as it the price was even worse just for 4 cookies it was over 20$. They didn't have a lot of choise for cookies but the ones they had were not any better. Me ans my friends got the cookies to share for my birthday and we were very excited to try them we were happy we had found a good cookie shop until we actually tried them and regretted immediately they were so bad I can't even express it. If I was dying on an island dying starving and had nothing to eat i would rather die than actually consume these cookies. They're were a lot of good reviews and im afraid im not one of them. They cookies were basically all thr same after u eat a cookie the after taste of all the cookies are the same. I can even put them into words how much I disliked these cookies. If u don't believe me your loss because once u waste your money on this there's no coming back after u buy this because your gonna regret jt as quick as we did please note this and do not buy...

Absolutely loved my first (but certainly not my last) visit. The oat iced latte, and the praline cookie I ordered were delicious 🤤 ☕️The latte had the perfect proportions of expresso and oat milk; as for the cookie, it was crispy on the outside, moist and chewy on the inside 🍪 (Oh and did I mentioned that they’re not too sugary ?)

The music added to the relaxed atmosphere, the seats are very comfortable, and there is power outlets every meters or so ! The cafe even have a dedicated charging station with plenty of cables for all types of devices 🤩

I do have to say that the temperature was on the colder side, so do bring a sweater to be more comfortable (Which is why I removed a star in atmosphere)

All in all, it was a very positive experience, and one I’ll be sure...

I was so excited to try this place, followed their IG for weeks and finally went to try the cookies out.

The menu advertised on their instagram is showing a cheaper price for a box of 12 cookies ($39.90) vs in store ($48!) - I was shocked by the +20% discrepancy, when I asked the cashier why I was charged more than advertised online and asked what he can do he just fumbled and said « well I’d have to call someone… » so I just left feeling scammed.

Even today (July 31st) I see that the instagram menu is still showing the lower price and I told the cashier 2 weeks ago. Come on, this is false advertisement… Won’t come back, don’t recommend, the cookies weren’t living to the hype and are pretty basic & overpriced (even more than I...
