I order a glass of Rosé and the lady on the counter gave us white and when i reminded her that what we ordered, she said “It’s the rosé”. I couldn’t believe because rosé is supposed to be a little on the redish side. So i asked her to show me the bottle and it was Chardoney as expected. So first she lied and then she said my manager told me to give this if someone wants wine. And he is not here. People should be trained better and should taught not to lie to customers. Arrived with a day group (11 young adults with Autism) half the group was buying there lunch and half the group had there own lunch due to diartery restrictions. Male staff member tells us that the ones who aren't buying food are not allowed to eat inside. I ask for an exception, but refused and told me to bad. Horrible experience, I won't be recommending this place to anyone. Lack of empathy...

We were glad to find a place near the Biodome for lunch that wasn't so busy. Something about the sandwiches reminded me of airport food.
